Colleen POV
"Joshua!" I scream as I push. He is grabbing my face crying. I have been in labour for hours and he is begging me to get a c section. "Baby please" he begs again. "Baby is almost here Colleen" the doctor announces. I start getting another contraction and scream pushing. "Holy shit" I yell and I feel the head is out. My own head instantly starts to hurt but I don't say a word. "Come on! Another one Colleen" the doctor says and I push again as Josh grabs me crying. I finally feel nothing. "Baby is here!" The doctor yells holding the baby up. "Congratulations!" He says smiling at Josh. Josh is kissing my face as we stare down at our newborn. "Do you want to know what it is?" The doctor asks as he stitches me. "Yes" I say waking up a bit. "You have a beautiful daughter" he says. Josh sobs with me as we hug each other. This is a new cry from Josh as I rub the back of his head holding him to me as I try to breathe. "What do you want to name her babe?" He asks. "Juliana" I say. He pulls his head up from my neck and smiles as he nods. I wipe his tears and kiss him. "Lily sent her to us" he says. I nod and kiss him again. "Guys?" The doctor says. "Pediatrician is going to take her to check her heart. You want to see her real quick?" He asks. We both nod. A nurse comes over with her wrapped up in a pink blanket. "She is absolutely gorgeous" the nurse says looking down at her. I look at her and she has sky blue eyes and tiny pink rose colored lips. "Colleen" Joshua mutters as he breaks down again. He touches her face before they whisk her away. "I hope she is ok" I whisper holding him again. "She will be" he says smiling. "Gonna go out to the hallway to tell your family" he says. I nod as the doctor lowers my legs out of the stirrups and covers me up. A few minutes later a nurse comes up to me. "Lets go to the maternity ward" a nurse says as they start to roll me out. As I make my way out of the door on my bed I see Josh talking to my entire family. They see me and Josh rushes up to me in a panic. "Just moving me to the maternity wing" I say smiling. He nods and breathes and grabs my hand as my family follows. They roll me onto an elevator and a bunch of family jam themselves in as well. "Doing ok?" My mom asks grabbing my arm. She has tears in her eyes. "I am real good" I say smiling squeezing Josh's hand. "I am so lucky" I whisper before falling asleep.
