Josh POV
She is leaving now. We spent the today together as much as possible but because I acted like a drunk ass last night, I am paying for it. She is really quiet as I drive her to the airport. I reach for her hand and squeeze it. She barely looks at me. My selfishness got in the way again. "Baby I am sorry" I say as we pull into an area to drop off travellers. "I know. I just wish it never happened. I don't do things to be mean Josh and I hate that you think that I do" she says opening her door to get out. I quickly jump out of my side and meet her up on the curb after I grab her suitcase from the back seat. I place it down in front of her and stare at her as I grab her hand. "Colleen, I just want to be with you 25 hours a day and 8 days a week" I say getting emotional. "I know babe but there is a method to my plans. Just let things happen ok? It doesn't mean I don't love you or don't want you with me" she says falling into my chest looking at me. I grab her face and kiss her slipping my tongue into her mouth briefly as she squeezes me. "Holy shit" she says flushed pulling away from me as I smile. "I love you" she says. "I will call you tonight" she adds. I nod watching her before she stops and runs back to me quickly. "I forgot to show you that video. I will send it to you when I reach the gate" she says smiling. "Ok babe" I say reaching for her cheek. She turns around once more and moves quickly to the doors. I jump back in my car and hear my phone beep. I grab it and see a message from Colleen.
"Baby you know how you said you want to be with me 25 hours a day, 8 days a week? Well you are. Watch the video and remember I love you more than anything, ANYTHING at all . Hopefully this proves it.xoxoxo"
I hit play on the video and watch the screen. It looks dark at first and the camera is moving a lot but finally I see Colleen smiling into a mirror waving. She is in her trailer as I recognize the bathroom. "Baby keep your fingers crossed" she says quietly as she changes the camera angle down towards the counter. I hear her open the door and talk to Kory excitedly as she picks the camera back up and videos the object she wants me to see. Holy shit its a pregnancy test. I cover my mouth watching and see the screen slowly change as her and Kory squeal watching it as well. I finally see the words 'PREGNANT 2-4 WEEKS' appear on the indicator window. I hear Kory and her crying and she finally grabs the camera. She speaks right into it talking directly to me almost.
"To my beautiful baby, your daddy and I love you. This is the day I found out that you are with me. I can't wait to meet you" she says with tears in her eyes. She then looks back at the camera. "Joshua, thank you baby. I love so much. I hope you are ready to be a Daddy" she sobs.
I sit in my car sobbing watching it. I am in disbelief. I am going to be a dad.
