Josh POV
That night when I climbed into bed Colleen was completely green. "Josh" she says panicking. "I got you baby" I say watching her. "I just gave you more meds ok?" I tell her as she closes her eyes. Her grip is tight on me. She hates being sick. I rub her cheek. I start talking to her about how giddy I was the day I met her, trying to get her mind on happier times. I tell her I knew she would be my wife. She smiles listening. I then tell her how terrified and nervous I was having sex the first time with her. She opens her eyes. "You never told me" she says. "I wanted to be manly" I say getting teary eyed thinking of how special our first time was. "Josh you are my man. Don't measure yourself against anyone" she says. I kiss her lips quickly. She starts to giggle. "What?" I ask shocked she is laughing. "I am remembering that night. You took two minutes" she says rubbing my cheek. "You were too incredible" I say kissing her again. "Thats what all the boys tell me" she says sarcastically. "Ha ha Mrs Evans. You are mine and mine alone forever" I say. She lays there holding me again. I can tell she is fighting the sick feeling. "Lets go babe. Warm bath" I say. "I am not sure" she says. "Lets try. I read it calms your skin after a treatment" I say. She nods as I race to turn on the water and fill it with some salts. I return to see her sitting on the edge of the bed waiting for me. I slowly take her shorts and shirt off and carry her to the tub. I climb in after taking off my clothes. "No funny business I promise babe. Just want to be close to you" I say holding her. She curls up in my arms as I slowly cup warm water all over her shoulders. She is so thin, thinner then ever. "Colleen once you are well you need to eat more babe. You are so tiny" I say squeezing her a little tighter. She nods breathing heavy. I see her panic and jump up and hop out of the tub and starts vomiting in the toilet. I hop beside her and hold her. She looks at me after she is done. "I feel better" she says standing up and moving back to the tub. I crawl back in with her as she relaxes. There is complete silence until I hear her say."Joshua we need a baby" she whispers. "We will have one sweetheart. One thing at a time" I say kissing her hair. "Do you think Lily is watching over us?" She asks. "I do babe. We will meet her again many years from now when its our time" I say holding myself together. Complete silence until Colleen talks again. "If I meet her first I will tell her all about you and we will wait for you ok?" She says as she falls asleep. That is something I would never reply to. I am not letting go of my Colleen.
