WRITERS POV****

"do you two remember how old you two are?" Johnnie, Nash's step dad asked.

"Yeah, of course we do" Nash said "I'm 17 and she's 17, I'm turning 18"

"and you two want to get married" Johnnie asked

"I mean, I'm completely fine with you two being engaged" Elizabeth said

"I am too, it shows commitment" Tess told them

"yeah, Johnnie it's not a bad thing" Ruben said agreeing with the moms

"yeah, we're engaged, we're committed to each other" Nash said "we don't know when we're getting married yet, but we will"

"so no baby?" Mj asked

"NO MJ, not yet" Rose laughed

"Well, just know we're happy for you guys" Chad told them

"you two are so adorable" Nila Nash's step mom said

"thank you" Rose gave him a huge smile

"I am happy for you two too, but it just seems too early" Johnnie told them while shaking his head a little "I mean, I'm not completely against it, you two are barely getting into adulthood"

"yeah, i get it, that's what we were afraid of, you guys being against it, we both know we're young, but not too young to know we love each other" Nash told him

"and again, we don't  have to get married immediately" Rose added "we're both waiting until we're both 18, if that makes you guys any better"

"getting married doesn't change much, but the fact that she takes my last name and that we're gonna stay together" Nash used hand gestures

Skylynn stood up from her seat and ran in between Nash and Rose. She held her arms up to Rose so that she could carry her. Rose picked her up

"you're gonna marry Nashy" Sky asked Rose and she nodded her head

"but not yet" Rose told her

"so are you gonna live with us" she asked

"ummm" Rose looked at Nash

"actually, I was thinking if we should get our own house, or apartment"  Nash told her

"Dont you already live with Cameron" Elizabeth asked

"yeah, or Nash can move is with us" Tess said "there's so little of us at the house, there's plenty of room"

"i agree, since you two are young, I wouldn't want you guys struggling too much, especially since Rose is still in high school" Elizabeth told them

"we'll think about what we wanna do later tonight" Nash told them

"what about Cameron, I don't want you to leave him out of no where" Rose felt bad, since he is the only roommate right now

"he's okay with it, he was the one that told me we should move in together" Nash said "he said that since I was always at your house"

"huh" Skylynn was still a bit confused with the situations. She didn't understand much

"what's wrong Sky" Rose asked

"is Nashy going away for a long time again" Sky asked with a shy and sad voice

"we'll talk to you later Skylynn, in private so we can eat" Nash told her "okay?"

"okay" Skylynn said "but can I sit with Rose"

"of course" Rose told her

Today was the first day Rose really met Nash's parents, well family. They landed earlier in the morning. Since Nash planned out the whole thing without Rose knowing:

His family already started to like Rose, she was outgoing, they spent the whole morning with her and loved it. Especially Skylynn, she liked Rose probably as much as she loved Nash. Skylynn always wanted to be around Rose.

The Grier and Floyd family are staying for about a week so Rose wanted to spend time with them, to get to know them better.

Dinner was over and everyone was tired, but Skylynn was wide awake. Everyone decided to get home. Ruben was gonna spend the night in Rose's house because he had to go back to work in two days. They had an available guest room. Since there was one guestroom left, they all decided that Hayes should stay in it. Johnnie and Elizabeth were going to get their own hotel room and Chad and Nila were going to get their own. Will wasn't there, he couldn't make it.

They were all in the parking lot talking.

"Nash" Skylynn said tugging on Nash's shirt "remember?" she asked and he did remember what she was talking about

"mom" Nash said "is it okay if Skylynn spends the night at Rose's house with us"

"yeah sure, if she wants" Elizabeth said "do you wanna have a sleep over with Nash and Rose" Elizabeth asked Skylynn and she nodded her head quickly.

Everyone headed to where they were supposed to go.

NASH POV****

We got to Rose's house. Her cousins slept over so Hayes did have people to hang out with.

"no you're so stupid" Maria told Clarence because he told Hayes that she thought Hayes was cute

"so I'm ugly" Hayes asked

"no, you're not" Maria said covering her face

"then why did you say your brother was stupid" Hayes laughed

"shut up" Maria told him "you're.. you...uuhhggg"

They were adorable when they messed around.

Skylynn and Rose were in the kitchen baking cookies for everyone.

"wow this is hot" Rose told Skylynn "Don't touch them yet okay, it's really really hot and it cant burn your skin, especially the tray okay?"

"okay, they look really really good" Skylynn told her

"So Skylynn" I said walking into the kitchen

"Nash look, I helped make cookies" Skylynn told me

"you did" I asked her with a smile

"I did, Rose didn't I help"

"yes she did, a lot"Rose told me. I went up to Rose and pecked her lip

"ewwww" Skylynn said covering her eyes with a cute laugh. Rose and I laughed with her.

ROSE POV***

"so i said we were gonna talk later" Nash told Skylynn

"mhm"

"well, Rose and I live here in Los Angeles, you live is Mooresville with mom" Nash said "you live thousands miles away" Skylynn nodded her head showing that she understood "we live far away"

"why" Skylynn said still sad "I miss you"

Nash explained everything about how he wanted to live her for his dream, for his job and Skylynn somewhat understood everything.

"but I promise to come visit you more often okay?" Nash said

"will you bring Rose?" Skylynn asked

"yes I will. if you want her to come" Nash told her

"yaaay" Skylynn said
