Chapter 11

I walked into my living room, the sofa where Dan and I made the fort was clean with all of the pillows back in their place. I rubbed the side of my head, I had a banging headache. I made some tea and sat back down on the sofa. I saw my phone on the coffee table, I remembered the selfie I took with Dan. I selected it from my camera roll and whacked on a quick filter, I wrote the caption 'great night with @danisnotonfire, can't wait for sitc!' And post. I kept refreshing my feed and the comments I got on the picture were quite strange 'why are you with Dan that late at night?' I got that comment from someone with Dan as their profile picture. 'Where's Phil?' Another comment from someone with Phil as their profile pic. I don't think the fandom likes girls getting near Dan or Phil.

I took another sip of tea and tried to brush the comments off, I nearly forgot! I need to get ready for sitc! I placed my tea down and walked into my bedroom. I opened my wardrobe and began to choose an outfit. I had to make it good because this was my first meet-n-greet with my fans. I picked out an outfit and hung it up on my wardrobe door. I decided to make a quick 3 minute video about the meet and greet, I set up a single camera on a crappy tri-pod and one light. "Hey guys! So I'm just going to make a quick video about a meet and greet I'm doing at summer in the city!" I kept rambling on about random things to do with sitc "I can't wait to see you guys there!" I finished "bye!" I turned of the camera and sent the footage to my computer.

Whilst I was editing I got a call from Zoe "heyy girl!" She seemed very energetic "so what happened last night?". I told her all about the concert, the pillow fort, watching Aladdin and the note he left me in the morning. "He soooo likes you!" She squealed "really? I don't know" I replied. I kept editing my video whilst she talked "of course he does!" She reassured me "I haven't seen him be this invested in someone since he met Phil!" I highly doubt I could ever replace Phil in dans life, they have been best friends for the last 8 years give or take. And to be totally honest, I don't want to replace Phil, they need each other.

I finished up my phone call with Zoe and finished my video, I uploaded it and my fans were ecstatic that I was doing a meet and greet, I couldn't wait to see them! I decided to give Dan a quick call to thank him for the concert and the note he left this morning. Ring ring, "hello?" Dan picked up the phone "hey Dan" I cooed, he sounded slightly hung over "oh hey Y/N" his voice became a bit clearer once he realised it was me "I was just calling quickly to thank you for taking me to the concert and that note you left on my bedside table was very sweet" I went on "oh and those crumpets you left me were delicious",we both laughed. "Your very welcome! So are you ready for sitc?" He was a bit more alert now, but still hungover none the less "hell yeah! I can't wait!" I was genuinely excited "I do have one quick question" I began "how are we going to get there?" He laughed at me "Phil and I can give you a lift?" That might be slightly awkward but I guess we all have to make sacrifices sometimes "OK then! I'll be ready to go at about 8:00am?" We agreed on 8:00am "I'll see you tomorrow then!" He hung up and I got on with my day.

I went back to the video I just uploaded and checked the comments to get an idea of how many people I would be meeting, from what I could see over 30,000 people were planning on meeting me. I was going to have a very busy day tomorrow.

I checked the time, it was already 9:30pm, where has the time gone? I decided to get an early night so that I had some energy for tomorrow. I can't wait for tomorrow.
