Le time skip~
It was Christmas Eve at last! I sprung out of my bed and smiled, Dan, Phil and I had made plans to spend Christmas at their flat since it was bigger. I threw on my favourite Christmas jumper and jeans, I was so excited I could barely contain myself! I made myself breakfast and called Zoe "MERRY CHRISTMAS!!" I yelled down the phone "MERRY CHRISTMAS Y/N!!" We both laughed "I'm so excited to be with Dan and Phil for Christmas!" Zoe giggled and I started to get suspicious "why are you giggling?" That made her giggle even more "I can't tell you! Trust me though, you'll be glad I didn't tell you" I started to think about what she could be talking about "fine then, I have to go in like 10 minutes so I'll call you on Christmas morning" maybe Dan got me a special gift, or maybe Zoe had a surprise planned "ok, talk to you later!" I hung up and went back to eating my toast.
Dans POV-
"YOURE GOING TO DO WHAT???" Phil shrieked "that's right! I even have the ring!" Phil ran his hands through his hair "JESUS CHRIST DAN THATS FUCKING AWESOME!!" I was thrilled by his reaction, I'm glad he was ok with it "this is surreal, I can't believe you're actually going to propose" my heart pounded just at the thought of proposing to Y/N "what if she says no?" Shit, he was right, I would look like such a loser. "Holy crap Phil you're right! I might not do it, I don't want to embarrass her" he walked in front of me and made me look up at him "you're inviting her around here today, I will make it look romantic and Christmasy and you can propose under the mistletoe" he had it all planned out, I'm so glad that he's my best friend.
