After a long hug Lucy and I then broke apart and went back to talking about less emotional things like the prior conversation hadn't happened.

I think that it was a reflex to quickly change the conversation after mentioning something intense because as teenagers, even if we swore we could handle it we really couldn't.

I don't think it was the fact that I couldn't handle talking about Lucy being happy, I think it was Lucy who couldn't. I was pretty sure that five minutes on the balcony was the most I was going to get out of her about her feelings for the rest of the trip. It was more then enough and finally I knew that my strenuous efforts were paying off.

Then again, a lot could happen in seventeen days.

After we finished eating on the balcony and discussing a couple of ideas for Radio Boy, we both decided to retire to the bedroom and watch TV until Rachel got back. Turns out Lucy and I both were really big fans of Bobs Burgers so we logged onto my Netflix account and got through the entire second season by the time Rachel and my dad got back to the hotel.

Excitedly Lucy asked about the museum again and Rachel promised we'd go in a little bit and informed she had found an apartment.

So Lucy and I were benched for another hour.

Finally though we were relieved from the burden of waiting and climbed into a cab with Rachel to go up to the Metropolitan. By then it had just started to get dark out so as we drove we got to see the city transform from its day splendor to its night glamour. While I marveled at the beauty of it, Lucy bounced up and down excitedly like a little kid as she asked Rachel countless questions about the Metropolitan, all of which my older sister answered patiently.

By the time we got there, even with all the amazing scenery around us, I found Lucy's excitement rubbing off on me and I could hardly wait to see the museum.

They weren't really my thing but some of the things the girls had mentioned caught my interest. Even if it was completely boring though, having Lucy there would be fun enough.

When the cab pulled up and we got out, it was hard not to marvel at the fantastically tall castle like structure of the building.

"We're here! We're here! I can't believe we're actually here!" Lucy squealed as she pulled out her phone and turn the front camera on us.

''Say cheese Ben," She said and I grinned for the camera before we she darted ahead of us to take photos of everything while Rachel and I walked in behind her.

"I can see why you like her, she's cute," Rachel said, nudging me and I rolled my eyes as we stepped inside. I think I was a little under dressed, or at least I looked like I was because this place was glamorous.

Yeah, glamorous, I said it.

Even Rachel, who I'm sure had been here before, looking a little taken back by it. It was so cool, that I think you'd still be shocked by it no matter how many times you stepped through the door. We didn't marvel at it for long though because Rachel quickly dragged us over to the front desk.

"Hi, my name is Rachel Alderman. I'm here for my interview and to pick up the two tickets I reserved for Ben Alderman and Lucy Burke," She said in a businessy tone. Nodding, the receptionist typed something in her computer before handing over two tickets.

"Here's your tickets and I'll let Fiona know your here." She informed and Rachel nodded she turned to hand us the tickets.

"Here you guys go, have fun and don't split up." She warned, handing Lucy the tickets.

"We won't." Lucy promised as I nudged my sister.

"Hey when you see Fiona can you tell her to tell Shrek I'm a big fan?" I asked, earning a smack over my head as a throat was cleared.
