Stargleam was upset, as well as angry and confused. "StarClan, why?!" she yowled to the sky irritably.
"StarClan can't help you, you know," growled an evil voice. "There's nothing they can do for you."
"What?! Who said that?" Stargleam suddenly gasped in fear.
"It is I, Hollyleaf!" said the voice again. Then all of a sudden, a black she-cat leaped from the bushes. All of ShadowClan was behind her, and the Dark Forest, too!
"Oh, no!" Stargleam screeched. "StarClan, help me!"
Just like that, spirits of StarClan descended from where Silverstream had earlier. They stood side-by-side with Stargleam and said in unison, "We will fight by your side, Stargleam, because you have saved us and the Clans once."
"Kawaii," the purple she-cat purred before letting out a battle cry and leaping into battle.
Stargleam had Hollyleaf pinned down before she felt a vigorous kick inside of her.
"My kits! They're coming!" Stargleam yowled at the top of her lungs.
