(Patrick's Point Of View)

Today is the day we leave for tour. Well, technically the first show is home, but you get my point. Mona is in fact coming with us, but I am utterly worried about her coming. I mean, there are a lot of things backstage and whatnot that are bad for her to witness. Yeah she's fifteen, but it's still not right. Pete on the other hand, he wants her to witness it so, she knows what it's like. That it's not just picture perfect. Maybe he has a point, but still.

I walk out of the bathroom finished getting ready just for a bus ride, but whatever, "Okay, Pete! It's all your's!" I exclaim in a mocking tone.

"Well, you take fucking forever." Pete says kissing me, walking into the bathroom, "Wait, what the hell did you do to your hair?" He walks back out gently grabbing my arm.

"What do you mean?" I smile cocking my eyebrows.

"Your hair, you changed it!" Pete says sadly running a hand through it.

"Yeah, I wanted to bleach it again, last night, like I did in two thousand eleven. Problem?" I wink.

"Yes, your pretty-ful hair is gone."

"Just get ready." I chuckle.

"Fine. We will continue this discussion later!" He walks back into the bathroom.

I roll my eyes smiling and walk downstairs to the living room into the kitchen. I make mself some tea. Yes, tea. When I hear someone yelling running towards me, "Dad!" Before I know it, the floor is wet from my tea spilling, me being engulfed in a hug from Mona.

"Oh, good morning sweetie!" I hug back and kiss her forehead.

She lets me go, "Why did you dye you're hair?"

"Change. I don't know, I kind of liked my look back when I was solo. I thought I should give it another shot." I shrug.

"Well it looks good on you." She kisses my cheek and she skips out of the kitchen.

I turn my attention back on making another cup of tea, this time not being interrupted. While I take a sip, I look at the calendar and notice it's Halloween. It can't be Halloween.

I finish my cup of tea and runs out of the kitchen running and falling onto Pete, "Well, hello." He smiles giving me a kiss.

"Hey guess what? It's Halloween."

"What? We can't do out show tonight! Even though it's here, but still!"

"I know!" I get off of him helping him up, I look at the time, "Holy smokes! We're running late!"

"Oh shit!"

"Mona! Get your stuff! We got to go!" I yell.

"Coming!"

I run into the room, grabs all my belongings and outside to the car, puts my stuff in the trunk and gets in the drivers seat. Shortly joined by Mona and Pete. With that we leave for the venue.

We arrive and run inside.

"We're sorry we're late!" Pete exclaims panting stopping in front of out manager.

"Uh, the show doesn't start for another two hours." Our manager laughs.

"Oh, well we feel dumb now." Pete scratches the back of his head.

"Well, it's better to he early than to be late." Our manager says walking away.

"Yeah, I guess so." Pete turns back to us, "To the dressing room? It's not like we have anything else better to do."

"Yeah..." I sigh out of relief, at leased we weren't late, again.

We walk into our dressing room. Andy and Joe aren't here yet, of course. I don't think Panic! is even here yet, oh well.

We stay in there in silence for an hour, Pete ends up falling asleep. I'm tired to, but I always get these nervous breakdowns before shows, especially the first show of a tour. To calm myself, I sing pacing around.

My singing gets interrupted by an Andy and Joe walking in saying, "Hey!"

"I'm surprised you guys are even here, you guys are late for everything." Joe laughs along with Andy.

"Yeah, we know." I smile.

"What's up Mona?" Andy says.

"I don't know, the sky?" She answers.

"Oh smart-ass." Andy giggles.

At this, I take this time to get re-ready. I get dressed in the "devil" costume I wore a few years back. Which is just a red and black tux with light up horns and markup. Yes, it's real makeup this time and not baking soda plastered on my face. To be honest I don't even know it I'm doing it, I'm not that so called "gimmick" anymore. Oh well. I like it.

An hour passes and it's almost show time, Panic! just ended. We are in our positions on stage in pitch blackness. Andy starts drumming the beat quietly yet audible, the lights flashing only on every other beat. Then, the the arena lights up when we start playing "The Phoenix", the crowd goes wild. I sing my heart out. We do a few more songs.

"Before we get any further, we should take into consideration, Patrick's so called devil outfit!" Pete practically yells into the microphone. The crowd screams their lungs out.

"Okay, okay. Calm down. It's not that big of a deal."

Someone from the crowd shouts, "It is you sexy beast!"

"Right back at you person!" I say I whoever said that.

"Hey! I am only aloud to call him that!" Pete yells jokingly at the person.
