Chapter 4: Castor the Shamen

Sly and Aphmau descended down to the docks, where Castor said he would meet them.

"I haven't seen Castor in years!" Sly said after a while. "Gonna be kinda weird to see him again after all that happened at...you know what."

Aphmau nodded eagerly. She too was excited to see the crazy kid that never seemed to be focused on one thing at a time.

On the docks, they looked around, but saw no sign of him.

Sly frowned. "Strange. Where is he?"

A sudden "BOO!" answered that.

Aphmau and Sly nearly stumbled and fell back while a laughing Castor stood behind them, blue eyes bright with amusement.

"Castor! You gave me a fright!" Aphmau chided.

"Your point?" Castor asked, still laughing.

"Ugh...nevermind."

"Good to see you too." Castor said, cheerfully dusting off his hands.

Sly grumbled something about jumpscares before patting Castor on the back. "It's been a while, hasn't it friend?" 

"Yes!" Castor exclaimed.

Aphmau giggled and hugged Castor. "I missed you guys."

"Me too." Castor agreed, before his brow furrowed.

Sly started asking, "So, you know about-" 

"I still don't understand why Freddy's is open again once more!" Castor interrupted.

(If you can imagine those lines in Castor's voice, you'd understand why I'm laughing so hard right now XD)

"I don't know anything more than you do pal." (REFERENCE PPL!) Aphmau answered.

"Back to the point, why did you want to find me?" Castor asked, confused.

Sly and Aphmau exchanged looks.

"Perhaps we should find a place to discuss?" Aphmau looked suspiciously around at the happy visitors of the island.

"Sure." Castor agreed.

The trio walked along the docks, laughing at Castor's random comments about chickens, and having fun in general.

Finding a deserted place at the beach, Aphmau began explaining what was going on ever since she'd found out about Freddy Fazbear's new opening at Love~Love Paradise.

After she was done, Castor was instantly in, claiming them to be, 'Friends til the end'.

This made her think about the others.

All of her closest friends, Sly, Castor, ___, ____, ___, ______, and ______. (YOU SHALL NEVER KNOW XD)

And most of all, ___...

It hurt just to think about him.

Guilt gnawed at her insides like hungry monster.

"We'll get out of this!"

She had been so stupid.

"___! NO!"

She should've known he wouldn't make it out.

She was snapped from her thoughts when Sly tapped her shoulder.

"It's getting late."

And indeed it was.

The yellow sun sent streaks of pink, orange, and red across the sky.

Dark blackness was already emerging from the opposite side of the skies.
