What do you call someone who's supposed to be dead, but isn't?
What do you call someone who's supposed to be AT LEAST mentally stable, but isn't?
What do you call someone who's grief has turned them into a stone cold machine?
...
We call that someone Vincent Afton.
The man who lost and gained it all.
Killed the first out of a morbid curiosity, and killed the second from craving of an outside force.
He's gained knowledge far beyond those around him, and lost those closest to him.
...
Is it really worth it, I ask you?
...
That depends honestly...
What do you think?

Aphmau was nowhere to be found that night.
Jin and the others sent mini search parties of their own to scout the island for her.
Aaron did as well.
Both groups encountered, but not a single on claimed of any sight of Aphmau for the past hours.
Defeated, both groups returned home.
Katelyn left for her shift that night, half her mind placed with worry on Aphmau.
And somewhere beyond yonder, entering Love~Love Paradise was Vincent Afton.
***
Katelyn was very distraught.
It practically screamed in her every movement.
Her legs paced from fast to slow, her hands ran through her hair, and her eyes were a dark, shady blue, like the sea before a storm.
If ignorance was a bliss, it certainly wasn't now.
Treading down the dying streets, Katelyn couldn't help but squirm uncomfortably as the darkness set in.
A couple of days ago, the dark wouldn't of scared her, but now, it casted deceiving shadows across the sidewalk, making the friendly paradise look like expecting death. (Geez, that's rough buddy)
'Ugh, dark thoughts much?' She scolded herself.
Burning more distance as her pace quickened, Katelyn made a mad dash for Freddy's, feeling the presence of the dark behind her.
Paranoid glances were tossed behind her, but there really was nothing there each time she turned around.
Her run slowed back to a calm walk.
She shouldn't be like this, no, but thoughts of Aphmau were crowding her brain.
What if she got lost?
What if she was in trouble?
What if...
Katelyn stopped there.
She didn't want ANY more detail than necessary.
It was only giving her dark thanatophobia, and that was something she did NOT need.
The door of Freddy's was in view.
Briskly pulling on the handle, Katelyn satisfied some part of her that was broiling by slamming the door shut with force that exhaled a short blast of air. (NUUUU DOOR~PAI ;-;)
