Morning came swift and alarmingly early.

Then again, Aphmau hadn't exactly been sleeping properly that night.

She was woken up however, the the rings and dings of her wonderful Aph-Phone 2.

Her ringtone, of course, blared.

"I have a pen, I have an apple-"

(*insert wails of the tortured here as the dead meme rises from its grave*)

Smiling a bit at the song (Why Jessssss ;A;), Aphmau tapped the Stop button.

"What kind of a ringtone is THAT?" Matron's indignant voice asked.

"A beautiful one, that's what!" Aphmau giggled.

"You seem lively." Matron noted, raising an eyebrow.

"Do I now?" Aphmau smiled.

"Sort of." Matron flat noted. "Did you find the meaning of life?"

"Now that you mention it..." Aphmau mused. "I kinda did!"

Matron seemed still unamused. "What was it?"

"42!"

"What-"

"Heeheee!"

Leaping off of her bed, Aphmau gave a small spin and patted her little wolf plushie.

"Interesting." Matron rubbed the wolf plushie as best as she could with transparent hands. "It seems fluffy."

Stretching ever so slightly, bones popped as Aphmau pulled her neck back slightly.

"It's a lovely morning." She commented truthfully.

"I suppose." Matron shrugged. "It's cold though."

"Way to be the pessimist." Aphmau grinned.

After moments of preparation for the day (which included accidentally squirting toothpaste everywhere in the bathroom), Aphmau finally tumbled her way downstairs in the most cheerful way possible.

Matron followed grumbling like she'd woken up on the wrong side of the bed.

Then again, she was always like that.

The smell of waffles deliciously hit her nose as the fragrance warmed her.

Definitely Kawaii~Chan's.

Nothing was better than KC's food, at least, not that she knew of anyway.

"MMMM! ARE THOSE WAFFLEZ I SMELL!" Aphmau sing-songed as she slid into the kitchen, almost slipping on the tiles.

After her slightly dramatic entrance, Aphmau brushed herself off and grinned, preparing to be met with happy smiles but solemn expressions closed in around her.

"Uhhhh...guys?" She asked.

"It's, it's about Katelyn Aph." Aaron said, holding back ever so slightly.

A chill raced up her spine.

Oh no...

"She's...not doing so well Aph." Travis helplessly offered. "The doctor's say that if she doesn't wake up soon, they might have to-"

"Nononononononono-" Aphmau clutched her hands over her ears. "Don't tell me-"

"It's been only a couple of days though!" Lucinda (who had surprisingly woken up early today, or maybe somebody just woken her up) protested, shocked. "They can't just-"
