Chapter 6: Stars Forever

Aphmau was excused from the hospital a day later, but to her friends insistency, stayed in bed another day at home.

By the time Aphmau was out and about of her room, she'd come downstairs to find many of the girls squealing in excitement and the guys fist-pumping the blank air.

"What's going on?" Aphmau asked, concerned.

"APHMAU~SENPAITHEMMOSTFAMOUSBANDOFCUTIESISCOMINGOVERTOLOVE~LOVEPARA-"

"KC! Calm it before you explode!" Aphmau joked, pouring herself a cup of hot water.

"Aphmau dear, did you hear who's coming to town?" Lucinda stuck out a letter to her.

Aphmau raised her eyebrows as she scanned the page.

"The Sky Army?" She questioned, and her caramel eyes drifted to the bottom where the faces of 3 people outlined in black stood out.

Wait a minute...

"Sky Army!?" Aphmau exclaimed in joy and excitement.

"I know! Aren't you so excited!" Katelyn clapped her hand on Aphmau's back in which the shorter girl flinched a bit.

But it wasn't the fact famous singers were coming to the island.

It was the singers themselves that shocked Aphmau.

Well, they're coming here at least.

Aphmau grinned. This would be quite the ROSSOME reunion.

"Yo Aphmau!" Sly waved her over happily. "Aren't ya at least a little excited the 'Troublesome Trio' are coming to town?"

"I am excited Sly, I'm not showing it!" Aphmau sat down on the cushion chair.

"I've missed Ross." Castor came from the cafe front and sat down next to it, offering a glazed donut.

"Of course ya did." Sly bit into his chocolate rainbow sprinkled donut. "You and Ross were both chicken buds. Not to mention you were both originally BFF's for life."

"Yeh." Castor mimicked Ross and we all started laughing.

"Just imagine their faces when they see us!" Aphmau munched on her jelly chocolate sprinkled glaze donut.

"I reckon they'll be super surprised, amazingly awed, happily-"  

'What's with you and alliterations?" Castor teased Sly.

Aphmau bantered with the boys for a bit before receiving a call on her phone.

She made the 'hold on a sec' finger gesture and hit accept.

K: Hey Aphmau! Garroth and Dante just got the tickets to Sky Army's concert!

A: Sweet!

K: Where are you right now?

A: Hanging out at Creame Coffee, why do you ask?

K: Okay, we're on the way.

A: Why?

K: We've got to register before we can go to the concert tomorrow.

A: I see. I'm with Castor and Sly. Can they come too?

K: ...

K: Alright.

A: Thanks TTYL.

K: Bye.

An ending click was heard before she pocketed the device.
