Chapter 17

~Today~

Lila

- I can't believe that a client of ours was dissappointed by our service.
Cody said looking at all of us being pretty mad.
- Do your best so nobody will ever be dissappointed again otherwise I swear you'll all be fired.
She said exciting leaving all of us in the room when she called us to tell us the news. Apparently a client was truly dissappointed by our service which doesn't even make sense since we all behaved like we always behave trying not to cause any trouble as always. Meghan and I head at the reception again in silence.
- What was all that ?
I asked.
- Maybe Cody's not in the mood today.
- No way. Something's up.
I said and before I could even finish my sentence I saw Kim and Vanessa holding their luggage and heading to the hotel's door. Cody head toward them smiling.
- I'm sorry that you weren't satisfied with our service.
She said and it was the only thing I managed to eardrop before sawing Julian. He was looking down apparently being sad. When he saw Cody, Vanessa and Kim talking he discretly approached me.
- You're leaving ?
I asked shocked.
- No choice.
He responded touching my hand and looking me in the eyes.
- I see. Kim said that was dissappointed with the service and Cody scold us about it. I mean it must be Kim.
- Yes, she is. They are going to stay in another hotel.
- They ? What about you ?
I asked hoping that he would stay here.
- I'm leaving.
- What do you mean ?
I asked while my voice was shaking.
- I'm heading back in Wolfsburg.
- Why ?
- Because I came here only for the weekend and I'm here two more days.
- And when.....
I started but I bit my lip. No way. I was about to ask him when I was going to see him again. He must have read my mind or something because he smiled and said.
- I'll come back soon. I promise.
I was about to burst into tears.
- Safe flight.
I said and I immediately looked away not wanting him to see me cry.
- I'll.....forget it. It was nice to see you again Lil.
He said and I just nodded.
He walked away and I saw Vanessa hugging him while they all excited the hotel. Julian turned to look at me and I immediately looked away.
When I couldn't see him anymore I let myself cry a little. Meghan noticed it and came toward me.
- He's leaving again ?
- Yes, Meghan again.
I said and I whiped my tears away while sawing Cody.
- That bitch wants to destroy my hotel.
She said and because both me and Meghan looked at her confused she added.
- But it's none of your bussiness. Keep working.

When my shift came to an end I slowly went to the room we change and I undressed myself from the hotel's uniform wearing my casual clothes. Meghan did so but she didn't talk to me since she understood I wasn't in the mood.
- Maybe we can go for a drink.....
She suggested as we excited the hotel but I denied. Not in the mood today. Not in the mood ever again.
- I'll go straight home. I'm exhausted.
I said.
- It helps when you talk to someone.
She said but I ignored her.
- I need some time on my own.
I said and I walked away from her. I don't know how much time I was walking but I was now near my house and unfortunately I bumped into Thomas.
- Lila.....
- Hey, Thomas didn't see you there.
- What's wrong ?
He asked immediately ignoring my previous comment.
- Nothing.
I said and I felt tears filling my eyes again.
- But you cry.........
- I'm fine.
- Is it because of that guy ? What has he done ?
- Nothing Thomas.
- He behaved inappropriate ? He hurt you ? Wait.....he left you ?
He asked and I burst into tears.
- I need to go home.
I said and I turned to leave but Thomas followed me.
- If he left you, he's really a .......
- Stop it Thomas.
I screamed.
- I can help you with that Lila. You know that I'll always be there for you.
He said touching my face.
- Thank you, but I really need some alone time right now.
- I'll leave you alone. But first.....
He came closer and I knew what he was trying to do.
- No. If you think that you'll take advantage of me because I'm the way I'm right now........you're wrong.
- Lila, I didn't mean to.........
- Back of Thomas. It's better for both of us.
I said and I walked hastily in the way my house was.

Later that night I was on my couch, wearing my pajamas, trying to watch some TV but failing since I couldn't concentrate. I could only think at Julian and cry and cry and......
The doorbell rang surprising me. I checked my watch. It was almost midnight. I slowly head to the door thinking that maybe it was Thomas. I wish he was actually because if he wasn't then who else might.....
- Who is it ?
I asked.
- It's me Lila open up.
And there was no need of him telling his name. I recognized him.
- Julian ?
I asked and I immediately unlocked the door.
I opened it seeing Julian smiling.
- Hi.
He said and I couldn't resist but hugged him.
- How ?
I said touching his face.
- Can I come in ?
He asked and I realized I forgot to tell him so.
- Of course.
I said closing the door behind him.
- I never intended to go back to Wolfsburg.
- So. Why.......?
Did you make me feel like that ?
I thought to myself.
- I broke up with Vanessa.
He said and I looked at him shocked.
No way. He couldn't. They were together just a couple of hours ago.
- Omg Julian you must be sad. I'm really sorry.
I said and I kissed him. He kissed me back intensively, pulling my hair back. He placed soft kisses in my neck and we both headed to my room.
He closed the door behind us, continue kissing me.
He took of my pajamas until I was only wearing my underwear and I took of his shirt, kissing his abs.
He placed me softly into the bed, kissing and licking my whole body till my navel. He unzipped his pants and he looked at me.
- Are you sure you want to do this ?
He asked looking into my eyes.
I nodded. Why shouldn't I ? I loved him since forever. I knew that.
He took of my underwear, then his and he got inside of me making me moan.

Considerably later I was laying in his chest while he was playing with my hair.
- You know, when we were dating in high school I was always dreaming of you being my first......sex partner.
I said giggling.
- You had a wild imagination since then.
He said kissing my forehead.
- No, I thought that our relation could last forever. It cost me when we were not a thing anymore.
I said and I bit my lip. He must have cost him more.
- You......it doesn't matter anymore Lila.
He said placing me into his hug.
- Sure it doesn't. Julian, there's something I need to ask you. Why did you broke up with Vanessa ?
He hesitated a little then he whispered at me.
- Because we should have never been together.
What does this mean ?
I wanted to ask but I didn't.
- And what are you going to...........
I wanted to ask him about his club but he interrupted me, kissing me intensively, leaving me breathless.
- I'll go back to Wolfsburg as soon as possible. I wish you could come with me.
He said making my heart skip a beat. He couldn't say something like that. It was insane........
You want it more.
A voice inside of me said.
- I think it's way too early for that.
I said but I felt excited.
- It's actually too late Lil. Too late. I can't believe we let some distance end our relation.......
He said and I looked away.
- We didn't just let some distance Julian......
I started saying but I stopped. There was no point of this conversation. Not after how we spend the night.
- There's no need of talking about the past Lil. It won't change anything.
He touched my cheek with his fingers.
- I like when you're doing this.
I admitted kissing his fingers.
- It feels good.
He said smirking.
- I'm exhausted.
I finally said and he laughed.
- Glad to hear it.
He said and I fall asleep.
