I'm not going inside that house

"Finn I don't want to stay with you, I'll just be a burden"

I tell him, refusing to go inside. Moving in with Finn is against my brothers wishes, and our relationship is already screwed up as it is. I don't want to ruin it even more.

"Rachel you have nowhere else to go, and like it or not, that's my baby too.....you're not a burden" Finn tries to convince me

"You're right, I don't like it" I say stubborn

"Can you please just go inside and get settled, at least for the baby's sake" he asks

Damn it, he's just going to keep playing the baby card now. I just know he is. So without another word I grab my duffle bag and get out of the car. Of course, Finn being Finn, takes the bag away.

"I'm pregnant, not handicapped" I say irritated

"Well it's just for the baby's sake..." He says

"Say baby one more time.....I dare you" I glare

"Okayyy, let me just show you inside" Finn practically runs in

I slowly and hesitantly follow him inside. His mom was standing there with a basket full of clothes. She look so confused, that's when I realized.

"You'd didn't tell your mom!??" I whisper

He ignores me and stand there like and idiot, as his mom comes closer getting even more confused.

"I'm sorry, this was a mistake, I'll be leaving now" I tell her

Right as I was about to turn Finn grabs my hand,

"Mom I got Rachel pregnant and her family kicked her out" Finn blurts

I close my eyes and remind myself to slap him later.

His mom drops the basket right then and there. I dare to open my eyes and see her pick up the clothes, Finn goes and helps her but she still stares at me. When she had finished picking the clothes up, she closed her shocked mouth and said,

"Well then I guess she'll have to stay here" she struggles to say

"Thank you mrs.hudson" I politely say

"Call me Carol, you're family now" she shrugs hugging me and Finn

I can tell she's a good woman, and I hope she can one day forgive me for this little accident in my belly.
