We barely made it on time to the ceremony. The music was about to start and Mindy had become a nervous wreck. She kept calling me every two minutes to ask me if we were there yet. When we arrived to the church she nearly kicked our asses for being so late.

Greg cried a whole lot when he saw Mindy walking down the aisle. Even with the six years Greg has dated Mindy the spark in his eyes appears when Mindy is around hasn't diminished. He looks at her with so much love, even a blind person would be able to feel it.

I hope one day someone looks at me like Greg looks at Mindy. I know at sixteen you shouldn't be thinking about wanting to settle down with someone, but I wish for what Mindy found in Greg. I want to be able to find my soulmate and let life take it's course.

The ceremony went smoothly, before I knew it, Greg and Mindy were husband and wife. Mindy made the bridesmaids and groomsmen take pictures at the church after the ceremony. Once we were done I stepped out the church. Alejandro went over to Xavier and I waited by the exit for Mindy to come out. I wasn't sure what she had planned for us to do after this. We're suppose to be at the hall in about an hour and a half.

"Hey, where were you last night?" Xavier asked as he approached me.

"I went out with Ale after rehearsal and we had too many drinks and knocked out in his truck." I repeated my story one more time.

"Ale and you have been acting strange around each other. He used to bother you all the time and you'd respond to him, then it all changes. You two hardly make eye contact now, then last night you went out with him?" He gave me a confused look. "Whats the real deal, Juliana?"

"The real deal? There isn't one. It's the truth. We don't speak much now because he's busy with his life and i am busy with mine. Ale and I don't have to be on each others asses to be getting along."

"But you two never spent time together." He looked around at the guest and pulled me down the stairs away from the crowd. "Are you two seeing each other?" He asked, frowning.

"What! For God sake Xavier, no, we aren't!" I shrieked.

"If you are I won't get mad. I just don't want you to hide things from me." Now he sounded offended.

I get he wants to have good communication with me. I tell him everything but in the last few weeks we've changed. We don't tell each other a lot of stuff. He doesn't want me around him at parties anymore. Maybe it's time for us to depart from each other. He won't be here next year and I can't rely on him much anymore.

Alejandro heard the fuss happening between us and he came to the rescue, which was a huge mistake. Xavier was upset and at times he doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut.

"What's going on?" Ale asked, keeping his voice down so no one else would get curious to hear our little argument.

"When were you going to tell me you were seeing my sister?" Xavier snapped.

"Fucking shit." I muttered under breath.

Alejandro looked at him confused. "Where did you get that idea from?"

He looked at us stupidly. "Do you think I don't know you two have some type of chemistry? I know yesterday you two didn't just get drunk and fell asleep in the truck. Jason sent me a video of you lap dancing on Ale at a party!" He said the last part way too loud.

Mindy overheard and shot a glare at all of us.

"Seriously, let's not this conversation right now." I cut him off.

"Since when do you keep secrets from me?" He sounded hurt. He turned to look at Alejandro. "I thought you saw her as a sister and not a object." Xavier left us standing there, speechless.

"He's mad about the video." Alejandro said. "He'll get over it."

" I told you he is not easy to lie to." I shook my head. "You told him you saw me as a sister?"

He sighed. "I had to, I can't confess to him I don't. I was trying to avoid a conflict like this."

I understood Alejandro. Xavier gets overprotective of me whenever someone brings me up in a conversation. If Alejandro would've confessed he saw me in a different spotlight than the one Xavier wanted him too, he'd had cut Ale off. But did Ale really think he'd be able to lie to him? Xavier isn't easy to sway lies to. He trusted Ale, reason why he believed him.

"I better go after him." I turned around and started heading where Xavier walked off to, when Alejandro stopped me. His fingers wrapped themselves around my arm and pulled me back.

"I'll go speak to him. All you two know how to do is make the situation worse." He walked in front of me and I watched him head to the parking lot.

We make the situation worse...we do. Our parents endless fights caused us to react the same why as they do. We yell at each other until Xavier loses his temper and rams his fist into walls.

I rubbed my arm with the palm of my hand. I...need comfort.
