The portal was opened, my heart almost jumped out of my chest. He was finally here.
Dirt beat me to it. He jumped up into Tingle's arms, his tongue slapping across his face with happy licks.

Percy didn't know what to do, he stumbled back, but kept his posture. "Dirt down!" I laughed out loud. He listened, hopping down and hiding behind my legs. He slouched against my back legs lazily, a happy grin on his face.

Gabe tossed his shirt at Percy. He happily used it to wipe the slim off his face. "Thanks," he muttered into the towel/shirt.

Gabe replied in a exhausted tone," he already got my pants slimed up, why not the shirt too." He was still grumpy that we had paralyzed him..... in my defense I came back safe and sound.

His face clean, those bottle-green eyes finally landed on me. His whole body visibly relaxed. A shy smile formed on my face, my heart really did miss him. He wasted no time, pulling me deep into his arms. His head instantly vanishing into my neck. The tingles erupted where his hand wrapped, just under my shirt and around my waist.
I welcomed him by locking my arms around his back. The muscles releasing under my soft touch.

After a few moments of glory he whispered," I'm home sweetheart."

I pulled back wearing a blush, Belle and Pork-Pine were in the room with us. His eyes held a cocky smirk, but his grin was soft. Dirt hopped up, nudging our legs, he wanted attention.

Percy looked down at Dirt, I was still in his arms. "Don't tell me that's my surprise?"
I chuckled, gently pulling away from his tingles. I leaned down picking Dirt up, placing him on my hip like you would a small child.

"This is Dirt. He's a Kyto," I beamed. Dirt was restless, he snuggled close to me. His string of gems looking up with excitement.

His eyebrows raised in surprise," you-you made a Kyto?" It wasn't often Percy was surprised.

"Well, Belle helped," I turned my gaze to Belle. She sat in the corner, she eyed Percy with a blank face.

He didn't move his gaze from me," I can see I've got some competition," he gestured to Dirt in my arms. I blushed again.... meanie.

With a sly smile he snaked his arms around my waist, tugging me to him. Dirt was still in my arms, snuggled close. His sly smile turned into a charming smirk. "Let's see Dirt top this." He leaned down, his head tilted to the side.

Our potential kiss was interrupted by a clearing throat. Gabe glared at us," we should be going."

I took a step back earning a growl from Percy, he pulled me back roughly. His skin was hot, he was annoyed. Dirt looked up at him blankly, nearly being squished between our chests.

"Don't move away from me," Percy growled into the top of my head.

Pork-Pine stepped forward off the wall she was leaning against. Belle stood, no longer crouching, her gaze was serious. The air in the room was tense, they didn't like the way he was treating me.

"It's fine," I assured them. They didn't seem to relax, they kept their gazes on Percy.

"Percy, I said let's go," Gabe barked. He was more then grumpy, he was pissed and I didn't know why.

A growl erupted from his chest, the entire hollow room vibrated. "Do not give me orders," Percy's threatened.

Belle stepped forward, but Pork-Pine stepped in front of her. She faced us saying," the human is alive. Take her and go. Wolfys are not welcomed here."

A scoff like growl came from Percy," we are." Dirt wiggled out of my arms, hopping next to our feet. He got the idea that we were about to leave. With Dirt out of my arms, he picked me up, my chin rested on his shoulder. I didn't argue, this was not the time to make him angrier.
