Sino may sabing hindi pwedeng kumabet ang kabet?!
A mistress has its own mistresses too. Hindi naman sa lahat ng pagkakataon, BABAE ang kabet ‘ryt? May LALAKI rin. It’s a great world, why wasted my life being a mistress? Oh. Wait, I am a Mistress.
It’s been, UGH. What? A month after Fabian and I got together. And, yes, Dawn and I are still together. In fact, nagkita na NGA kami kahapon, AT LAST LANG DIBA? NAGKITA NA KAMI.
Same old days, hugs, kisses…sweet words, playful hands, and then we are bond again. That’s Dawn for you.
In a month, I realizes things, like what Fabian have said last summer, ‘kaya ngang di magparamdam ni Dawn ni isang araw, so, kayang-kaya ka niyang iwan anytime.’
Yeah. ANYTIME.
Pero, hindi ko muna ginugulo ang utak ko ngayon, as long as AYOS PA ang lahat. Nothing to worry about ‘ryt? HANGGA’T wala pang nangyayaring di maganda, ENJOY this things sabi nga ni Jecca.
Who’s Jecca, you ask?
She’s my new colleague here sa TTS Private Mental Institution, na-assign kasi ako as junior assistant ni Doctora Salvador – which is of course, a Psychiatrist – habang siya naman kay Doc. Lim. She’s a Psychology student din, from other university nga lang.
She knows everything about me. Aba! Na-break record ni Alexa dito eh, kung si Alexa, hinuhuli pa ako para makapagsabi ng totoo. Si Jecca? Tingin pa lang sakin, alam na niya if nagsisinungaling ako and other stuff.
At makakalimutan ko ba ang famous line niya nung una kaming nagkausap? Uhh, it goes like this eh, “It must’ve hard to love somebody who cannot love you back ‘ryt? But hey, the good thing is you know the ways.” And she even winks at me.
And I was like, “Excuse me? Hindi kita maintindihan.”
“Ways to get what you wanted. By the way, I’m Jecca. Hi!” Then she laughed.
I unconsciously smiled that day, Diba dapat muna ang ‘hi’? HAHAHA.
“Pauline.” Psyc rocks!
“Naaah, just a plain guess.” And we both laughed at that. Simula nun, siya na palagi kong kasama dito sa Mental, and it didn’t took me one week bago ko masabi sa kanya lahat-lahat. AS IN LAHAT, hindi summary, walang paligoy-ligoy. DIRETSONG kwento BUO.
But she didn’t look at me the way people SHOULD look at me when they know that I’m a second girlfriend, or a mistress... or whatsoever.
She looked at my situation from asking annual questions like, ‘You did all that for love? Am I right?’ She’s a really good catch, for a friend, of course.
She believes at me when I told her, WHY I did it, not WHAT I did.
Afternoon lunch na when Fabian went to our Caf. Dinalhan niya ako ng lunch, as he always did. Kilala na rin naman niya si Jecca kaya sabay-sabay na kaming kumain.
“Ilang hours pa kayo?” Fabian asked.
Nagkatinginan kami ni Jecca at tumawa kami ng sabay. HAHAHA. “Okay, tama na yung eye communication. Sana sinagot niyo muna ako.” Sabi niya ng pahabol.
