Maddie's POV
As soon as the plane landed on the airport, ininaisip ko na ang mga bagay na dapat kong gawin. Ang unang isang buwan ay hindi naging madali, syempre adjusting and all, lahat nandoon. The 2nd month? Iniwan nako nina Kuya because i already have a condo, and everything is fixed. From house to school.
But the my 3rd month living in France wasn't that really usual. 3rd month was strange. An instance? Here.
*flashback*
Bored na bored ako so I decided to roam around the city. Saan ako dinala? Sa park.
I am wearing a skinny jeans, boots, black sweater and also a beanie. Malamig nga. Its April and vacation, I am expecting for this park to have a lot of kids playing, couples mingling and such. But the reality? Im alone here, emotionally alone but there are few people aside from me.
Habang naglalakad ako ay idinadampi ko ang kamay ko sa mga bulaklak. Its too good to be true, the lavenders are too die for. I was about to pick up my phone to take a picture of it but then a sound of a camera clicked got my attention.
Anong aasahan mo? It is strange. Nilingon ko ang paligid para lang biguin ang sarili ko, dahil wala rin naman akong nakita. Nagstay ako saglit sa park, then I got bored so i started walking again.
Then i saw a man. With an obviously camera lace showing on his nape.
I stopped walking i stared at his back. Bakit parang pamilyar saakin ito? Pamilyar? Really, Maddie? Pamilyar.... Lang?
"Argggh, might have been day dreaming." I told myself.
The man i saw walks away from where he stands. Pati ba naman ang lakad? Then i find myself following his steps. Then i realized something.
"I am hallucinating for fuck's sake. I must be very hungry" i stepped back then ride a cab to Contis.
As i was having my order, a click of a camera once again catches my attention. What the hell? I looked each and every side only to see the man i saw earlier... Again, with the camera lace showing on his nape. I was about to go near him but then, he suddenly raised his phone and stood up and walks away... Again.
Almost a week or two, lagi akong nakakarinig ng ganoon. At first i told myself that it was just an accident. But then i realized, it is intentional.
*end of 3rd month flashback thing*
4th month came, and that strange thing suddenly washed out. But still, my 3rd month here will be the unforgettable among.
August has come, so meaning i have to attend classes already, basically i should be a 4th year student but then i took an acceleration exam which i passed... So yeah. I am 1st year college.
