Chapter 23: Uncle’s Surprise for Long-lost Niece
Amaryllis woke up when my ears recognized the sound of music.
“*yawn* we must’ve had a very long journey” she thought.
“Ne, where are we?” she asked the lady. (Ne means hey)
“We’re in the Kingdom of Dressrosa” the escort replied with a smile.
“Sugoi!” Amaryllis looked down to see the place.
People playing instruments, some disappeared as they entered the stores and restaurants there, children playing around with… moving toys?
“By kingdom means there’s supposed to be some king here?” Vlad asked, crossing his arms behind his head.
“He’s not just some king, he’s said to be charismatic as well” the propeller guy said.
“Wait a sec…” the lady spoke, turning everybody’s attention to her. “Where’s Amaryllis?”
“NANI?!” Everyone else reacted.

Amaryllis’ POV
It would be boring if I were to use the bird’s eye view on a magnificent place like this. I gracefully landed down on the streets from a high place with the help of my fruit.
Sugoi! The scent of flowers was noticed by my sense of smell. I heard the music created by some villagers which was accompanied by dancing women.
“OUCH!” I yelped in pain as I rubbed my head. I shifted my gaze. “What was that for Vlad-niisan?”
“Stop disappearing without telling us, baka!” Vlad crossed his arms. (Baka-idiot)
“Tsk” I looked away and continued walking.
“Amaryllis-chan!” it was the lady again.
“Nani yo?” (What do you want?) I asked her.
“Well… I’m going to give you a tour in Dressrosa before we go to your uncle” she answered.
“Okay” I answered as Sage rested on my shoulder.
She showed me the shops, restaurants, and cafes there. It was a good think there was a library there. I would like to pay a visit there.
“Ne, what’s that island?” I asked our two escorts as I pointed to another island connected with a bridge to Dressrosa.
“Green Bit” the large guy replied. “You shouldn’t go there by the way since you’ll get eaten while walking the bridge”
“What do you mean by that?” Sage asked.
“There are fighting fish in the waters over there. It’s not safe to row a boat there as well” the lady replied.
“Sounds cool!” I exclaimed as I felt stares land on me. I turned to them, “What?”
They brushed it off and we continued walking.
Isn’t that cool?
“Ne, how big are they?” I asked them.
All I received were glares telling me it wasn’t something I should know. -_- Tsk~
We continued like that as we climbed up a plateau.
“Ummm… Where are we going by the way?” Vlad asked.
I saw her grin as she said, “You’ll know when we’ll get there”
