Chapter 27: The Sniper in the Dark; Shadowed Secrets
"O-Ojii-san?" I muttered through the Den Den Mushi as shadows covered my eyes.
"Nani?" he replied.
"Uh... I was thinking... I want to let you know I'm gonna leave Dressrosa..."
"What?! You better need a decent explanation for that young lady" Doffy-san tried to lessen the tension.
"It's another vision I had. I think it told me there was something left undone back in the other half or what you said was called Paradise. I think I have to go leave the New World"
"A vision eh?" Doffy-san paused for a while. "I wish we could meet here since you'll be passing the meeting place of the Shichibukai but it seems like it is important so yeah... I'll allow you"
"Hontoni?!" (Really?!)
"Yep" he replied as I guessed he was smiling again.
"And er... Ojii-san?" I called out for him again.
"Hmmm?"
"What would you do if I were to join a pirate group?"
"I'll definitely support them" he answered.
"No um.... may I join one if by chance I'll meet one on my way?" I asked him.
"Hell why are you asking me about that? Even if I suggest you, it is still up to you and your decision Amaryllis. Remember anything can be controlled in this world or even your freedom but you and only you can make and control your decisions"
I smiled and said, "Thanks Ojii-san and one more thing, I'm not going to take Sage and Vlad-niichan with me so can you keep this a secret between the two of us while I'm away?"
"Sure. It's better to trust than to doubt altogether so yeah and, will it be okay if you won’t tell anyone I’m your uncle?"
"Why?”
“Since I’m a Shichibukai and all so maybe something bad will happen to you back there which will make me send Vlad and Sage to you or maybe the other members of the army”
“Okay. Arigatou Ojii-san. I'll be going now"
"Okay, take care. Just make sure you'll kick their butts when someone's going to attack you"
I laughed a bit "Typical Ojii-san"
He dropped the line already. I stared outside the window as the wind blew my hair wildly.
"I'm definitely going to find you" I said with determination as I took off to the sky wearing my large cloak and normal clothes (Black shirt with black and white sleeves and some worn-off pants).

"You allowed her?" Vergo asked Doflamingo.
"What's wrong with that?" Doflamingo answered.
"She might discover about that..." Vergo said.
"That's impossible Vergo. The only way to bring it back is a Rakuen doctor and judging by the fact, there aren't any living Rakuen people except for Amaryllis" Doflamingo told him.
"But she IS a Rakuen descendant and she might've study about spells and cures back then"
"Come on Vergo, stop worrying" Doflamingo said. "Also, do you know where she is?"
"If you're talking about her, she said she was going to have stroll around the place" Vergo responded.
"Just tell her to keep an eye on the target so we could at least be sure Amaryllis won't remember anything" said Doflamingo as Vergo nodded.
