Since Harry was caught up in his relationship and work months ago he hadn't spoke to Louis who's his best friend, not even over the phone so he decided to just show up at his door step instead and explain himself for what happend. It was a cold and gloomy morning and he was dressed in clothes ready to play english football as they would always do on days like this. He rang Louis' doorbell thinking of things to say when he opened the door which came to soon for his brain to think of anything, thank god Louis had some things in mind.
"Harry! What a surprise. I was beginning to think it was you in that coma" Louis joked as he shut the door behind him so his girlfriend wouldn't hear anything they would say.
"How do you know-"
"Gemma, she was telling me about you the other day. Anyway I see you're ready to play football so come inside so I can get ready and we can go to the field" Louis opened his house for Harry to be greeted by the warmth and the scent of candles his girlfriend picked out. Harry waited down stairs looking at their home decor and their happy portraits of him and his girlfriend who he had forgot the name. He had similar pictures of him and Aurora that used to hang up in his house too but now were a shattered mess in the garbage. Harry's phone rang the same time Louis came down stairs ready to go and so he quickly denied who ever was calling and shoved his phone in his pocket.
"It's been sometime Haz, why didn't you tell me about your girl- I'm sorry, I meant...Aurora" Louis quickly corrected himself.
"I was just tired, exhausted of fighting and screaming. It sucked all the energy out of me and I was even lazy to pick up my phone and call you never the less drive anywhere" Harry fixed his socks and tightened his bun as it was coming loose and finding a hair tie in the middle of a soccer field was difficult.
"Yeah, I guess I understand. You've always been rather lazy but how is she, you know after the accident and all?"
"She's nuts" Harry said kicking the ball to Louis.
"Oh no, she's gone luni hasn't she? Does it seem like an asylum is the best choice?" Harry laughed at Louis question. He always had a way of lightening up a tough situation.
"Okay she's not that kind of crazy. I mean...she's lost her mind, we'll her memory rather. She's different" Harry thought back to the way she spoke to him making his chest tighten.
"Well I'll be damned. I thought it only happened in movies like that one movie The Vow"
"Yeah, only except I don't love her or want her to love me. She remembers us being together but she doesn't remember our fights and all. It's a little sad if I have to be honest" Harry reached in his bag for his waterbottle.
"So the love is one sided? Worst case scenario. Well lad as much as you disagree just try not to trigger her or force her into remembering things, you'll kill her foresure"
"I'm not sure what I'm going to do. Should I just be so rude that she doesn't want to be with me?" Harry smirked at his own question.
"That's too fucked up. Do you really hate her that much?"
His thoughts were now speaking more then his heart. "Possibly. I mean I found somebody else, I love her to death-"
"Who?!" Louis stopped the ball with his foot from rolling in his goal to pay full attention to Harry.
"You probably don't know her, her names Jannes Ivory-"
Louis stared with wide eyes. "Dude no. You can't be serious. Jannes? She's a bitch. Sorry to say that but it's true. I've met her at parties and she's just... no fuck no" Louis shook is head dissapointed, he knew Harry could do way better and Aurora was that better. "I can't imagine you and Jannes in a fight. That will be one violent ugly fight"
