"Well mija.. Yoandri is your brother.." she said

"WHAT?!" i yelled.

"Mom, why didnt you tell me i had another brothe.?" i asked starting to tear up.

"Mija trust me. I really wanted to. But Luis prohibited me to tell you the truth"

"What about my real dad? Jose? Do you remember him? Did he know?" i asked.

"Yes mija he did know. When i was with Yoandris dad, he just used me just to be able to have have first child since his wife couldnt. I didnt know he even had another family when i was with him. Until the day Yoandri was born they said Yoandri had passed away.. I was very foolish to believe them. And that was the last day i saw Yoandri's dad. Until over the years i had found out that my child wasnt dead. This was when me and your father were together. And your father quickly made me forget about Yoandri's dad. Then we had you. And thats when i found out what actually happened to Yoandri. When he was only 14 i went looking for him and the day i found him i told him the truth and it was the only and the last time i ever saw him. Until today" my mom said tearing.

"Mom. Pero still you should've told me. You shouldnt care what Luis says. Its not like he has complete control over you" i said while i was crying.

"Mija im sorry. I really wanted to tell you. But he threatened me. He told me if i told you the truth. He said he would make sure Yoandri would never see another day of his life". She said in tears already.

"Mama. Id loose my life just for you and Perla" Yoandri said also in tears.

"Ay Yoandri. No digas eso" my mom said.

"Its the truth.  My dad and my step mom have always been asses to me. That's why i chose this career. So i can get away from all of them and my love for music and get to see you again and. Also my little sister" he said with a smile.

I turned to Yoandri's direction and hugged him.

"Yoandri i love you so much. You have no idea how i feel right now knowing your my brother" i cried. "No sabes cuanto falta me has hecho"

"Same here little sis"he cried also.

We let go and went to hug my mom. We were all in tears.. Even Joel. It was kind of funny that Joel was even crying.

"Ven mijo tu tambien" my mom told Joel.

"No esta bien" he said wipping off a tear. "Tengan su momento"

"Come on Potato" Yoandri said. "Your family too.. Your my best friend.. My brother from another mother"

"Oh. Well fine" he said with a chuckle.

We were all hugging until we heard the front door open.. This wasnt good. We quickly got off my mom.

"Que hacen estos chamacos en mi casa? Pero mas importante el" Luis said pointing to Yoandri as he walked towards us.

"Viene a clarar las cosas... Luis.." Yoandri said.

"Ay mira que bonito. The family has reunited" he said in a sarcastic voice.

Then he walked towards my mom and grabbed her by the shirt.

"Que te dije lo le pasara a tu hijo hermoso si le decias la verdad a tu hija?" he said

"Let her go" Yoandri said as he tried to make him let go.

"Yoandri llevate a tu hermana y Joel de aqui"

"No mom we're not gonna leave you" i told her.

"Do what she says" Luis said as he gave Yoandri the death stare. Yoandri looked at my mom and she nodded her head and so did he.
