"Dad?" Joel mouthed.

I shook my head and also mouthed yes. With that, Joel walked out of the room leaving me alone.

"Dad. Ive missed you" i said."

"I know honey. Look on the bright side, hes locked away now. I can see you at last. Where are you?"

"Yeah dad about that. Im in California"

"What? How? When? Why?"

"Do you have time?"

"Yes why?"

"Its a long story" i said with a laugh.

"So when are you gonna see him again?" Yaya asked.

"Next month. He has a whole week off of work so what better moment then that" i said with a smile.

"Im glad you get to see your dad again chamaca" Elsa said.

"Thanks hoe. I still cant believe after 4 years without seeing my dad, i get to see him again" i said.

After i finished talking to my dad i told Joel the news and was happy for me. Now i just told the girls and they're happy too. I still havent told everyone else since its barley 9am and they're all knocked out from yesterday. I heard a knock at the door. I got up to opened it and girls just giggled by the way i was walking. As i opened the door i placed my arm behind my back and flicked them off.

"Hey" Joel said as he walked in.

"Morning pimento" Yaya said.

"Morning girls. yeah um Christopher told us to come to the kitchen. Like right now" Joel said.

"For what?" Elsa asked.

"Well we have to go to find out" Joel said in a funny duh tone.

"Ugh fine. This better be good or Christopher is catching these hands" i said.

We were making our way to the kitchen and saw Christopher with a dozen of Roses.

"Whats this?" I asked.

Christopher started walking towards us and stopped at Yaya. I shouldve known what this was about.

"Yadira listen uh, im gaining feelings for you. You're beautiful and a nice person. I want to get to know you better and i was wondering if you could let me take you out on a date to the Zoo" Christopher said biting his lip.

"You give me a really good vibe and you're just amazing. Yes id love to go on a date with you" Yaya said with a smile.

We all let out our awws as they hugged.

"Waits what is the date of this date?" I asked.

"Umm later today?" Christopher said looking at Yaya.

"Yeah uh sure" Yaya said.

"Okay boys make way" i said pulling Yaya's arm.

"We have work to do. Zabdiel please help the groom" Elsa said.

Christopher laughed.

"Elsa!" Yaya exclaimed. "We're only going to the Zoo not getting married"

"Still me and Perla have work to do" Elsa said with a sarcastic smile.

"Okay girls we get it" Joshua said.

"Split up into two groups. Group Yaya and group Chris?" Sebastian asked.
