September 11th.
"Baby wake up" Joel said as he shook me gently.
"No i dont want to" i said as i turned over.
"Fine then. No kisses for you" he pouted.
"Fine by me" i said.
I can easily tell with my back turned, he frowned.
I guess it is true when the say second is the best. Last night was so amazing with Joel that im still tired and worn out.
"Its not my fault you kept me up" i sassed.
"Not my fault you enjoyed it" he said as he layed beside me and kissed my lips.
I laughed at his stupid comment. Honestly this was the best birthday ive ever had. I also felt bad knowing my mom wasn't able to attend. She gave me a call and wished me a happy birthday. I felt a little empty without her yesterday but at least she called.
"Babe your phone is ringing" Joel said as he handed me my phone.
I couldnt believe my eyes when i saw the caller id. Literally i felt like loosing air. I didnt at all hesitate to pick it up.
Phone call**
"Hello?" i said.
"Hello princess. Im sorry i didnt call yesterday" the caller said.
"Dad. Its you" its you i said with the biggest smile on my face.
