~ Selena ~

My hands began to cramp up as I pressed and navigated my way around the keyboard in front of me. Nick had his back against the control door, his arms crossed and eyes searching the space. We were actually in the presence of air officials, listening to them maintain the airport as I messed around on one of their computers. Our driver had abruptly left and claimed he'd know when to come back to get us. Nick hadn't said a word to me, his patience obviously wearing thin. I did what I knew best.

"I'm almost through the firewall." My heart was racing, my mind trying to control what thoughts I could. Demi hadn't known what I was up to and wouldn't agree to it at all. But I had to prove to both Nick and Joe how bad their Agency was.

"Are you almost done? What are you doing over there anyway?" Nick questioned.

"One second." I rose my fingers up into the air, my hair falling against my cheeks until the screen began to fade into black. I focused on the words imprinting themselves onto the page.

"What does my brother have you up to?" Nick slowly stood upright, his arms dropping to his side as he marched over. On the screen was a badly replicated coding structure from my old program.

"Here goes nothing." I shook my head, remembering the process I used when working for Sarah back in those abandoned buildings. Nick stood at my side, finally glaring down at the screen as files began to open up to me. I had logged onto an idle screen.

"What the hell is this?" Nick focused harder, the company name still not present to him.

"I'm doing something I probably shouldn't be. Access code, do you know any?"

"What are you trying to access?"

"Your badge number is 800 right?"

"Badge?" Nick slammed his hand onto the keyboard. "What in the hell do you think you're doing?"

"Move." I shoved him away as he allowed such an action. "Demi wouldn't still have access but you would. So, what's your access code?"

"Are you committing treason in front of a Government Official?" Nick made sure his eyes locked onto mine.

"Nick," I sighed as he patted his pockets down. I had no clue what he was doing, but I ignored him. "I need your help."

"I could kill you for this." He spoke up. The air control workers began to face us as Nick angrily stepped back.

"Access code!" I called out once more. "If you refuse to help me, you're refusing to help Demi and most importantly, your brother. He wants me to do this." I truthfully stated as Nick studied me. There was a vein popping out of his neck that I had never seen before. But he wasn't going to crack, so without his help, I began typing in subsequent numbers.

"So this is what Joe wanted me to help you with? He wanted me to commit treason against my country for a girl I don't even like?" Nick pushed me away from the computer screen. "It's your lucky day. You're going back to the mainland." Nick reached down to grab me before I hit his arm away. That didn't stop him however. He rose me above his shoulder and began carrying me out of the control room. I kicked and punched him, as the workers in the room began to panic. I knew I wouldn't be a match for him, but how dare he manhandle me.

"Demi is going to kick your ass if you don't put me down." My threat wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. Once the words left my mouth, Nick dropped me onto the floor. And I meant dropped.
