Kendall's POV

I woke up the next day, walking downstairs and finding my mom and dad asleep on the couch. That was a bad idea because me and Mason always love pranking them when they do this.

"Mason be quiet and hand me the sharpie." I told Mason as he handed me the sharpie.

"What are you writing?" Mason asked and I started drawing things on their faces.

"Take a look little bro." I chuckled as he did to.

I wrote 'Dumb' on my moms forehead and 'Dumber' on my dads. Now it's time to wake them up.

"Wake up!" I yelled and they both got up quickly.

"What? What's wrong?" Selena asked and I couldn't stop laughing.

"You got a little something on your forehead." I told her and handed her the mirror.

"Kendall what the heck!" Justin shouted and me and Mason ran off.

Selena's POV

Me and Justin got up and washed off the sharpie that Kendall drew on us.

"Sel I kind of need to talk to you about something.." Justin said and we both sat back down.

"What is it?" I asked concerned.

"So we have to do the Believe Tour in Mexico and I need to be there for a month.." Justin said and my eyes widened.

"A month? Why didn't you tell me this before?" I asked.

"I literally just found out.." Justin said and I sighed.

"When are you leaving?" I asked.

"Tomorrow.." Justin said and I wasn't happy at all.

"Your going to miss Kendall's sweet 16, just so you know." I said without facing him.

"I'm sorry I can't do anything about it. It isn't my choice." Justin said and I sighed and walked off.

Justin's POV

I didn't want to leave for a month but I had to and I honestly didn't want to let my fans down.

I walked up to Kendall's room to tell her the news. God this is gonna hurt.

"Hey dad." Kendall said and I sat down by her.

"Hey baby girl um look so tomorrow I need to leave for the tour in Mexico and I need to be there for a month.." I said and she looked at me then looked down.

"Your missing my sweet 16 are you." Kendall sighed as I did to.

"You know I really want to be there but I honestly have no choice." I said but Kendall got up and walked out of her room, slamming the door.

Well that went horrible.

"I'll miss you guys." I said. We were all standing by the tour bus.

"We'll miss you to J." Selena said and hugged me.

"Kendall I swear if I had the choice I would of chose your birthday but I can't." I sighed but she ignored me and walked off.

"I'll Skype you guys tonight. Bye Mason." I said as I waved bye and got on the tour bus.

One month, here we go.

Next Week: Day before Kendall's birthday.

"Kendall you can't be mad at him for the rest of your life." I told Kendall but she scoffed.

"I can be mad if I can. He's missing a special day for me." Kendall said and I sighed.

"He feels miserable and your making him feel worse." I said and she stayed quiet.

"Call him on Skype. He's online." I said and left her room.

Kendall's POV

I hopped on my laptop, and logged into Skype. I saw my dad was online so I sucked it up and called him.

One ring.

No answer.

Two rings.

No answer.

Three rings.

"Hey baby girl." Justin said and waved at the camera.

"Hi dad." I smiled and waved back.

"Hi Ken!" Twist yelled from the back of the tour bus.

"Hey Twist." I chuckled and went back to Justin.

"Look I'm sorry for being so angry that you couldn't show up to my party." I said and he smiled.

"Life is filled with surprises baby girl." He chuckled and I was confused.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"You'll see. I'll call you later, I need to change for my concert. Bye Ken." He smiled and I did to as I hung up.
