Scott got married when he was twenty-one. A year later he had a beautiful little boy named Asher. Scott's wife and him have been raising Asher for seven years now. Now Scott's twenty-nine and he's never been happier. Little did he know it was all going to fall apart soon.

"Scott, we need to talk when you get off work." Scott's wife, Kayla, says.

"Ok." Scott says, stopping what he's doing momentarily. "Is it about something bad?"

"No, I don't think so." Kayla decides after a long pause. "Don't think about it too much during your day. Just teach those kids and then come back home and we'll talk."

"Ok, i'll see you after work then." Scott sighs. "Asher! Are you ready for school?"

"Yeah!" the little boy yells. Asher runs into the kitchen and smiles at his seemingly happy parents. Asher had gotten Scott's dirty blonde hair but Kayla's green eyes. Asher was already tall for his age and Scott figured he would get his tall height.

"Great." Scott smiles. "I'll see you later tonight, babe."

Scott goes in for a kiss but Kayla pushes past her husband and crouched down next to Asher. She kisses his forehead and then hands the little boy his lunch box.

"Have a good day at school, Ash." Kayla says. She walks past Scott again and this time to her office. Scott runs a hand through his hair and then forces a smile onto his face. Some-thing wasn't right here and Scott knew it.

"Ok, let's get to school little man."

Scott and Asher get in Scott's car and they head towards the school. Ballad High had grades K through 12. That meant that Scott could teach high school students and still be close to his son. Scott had been teaching high school English and Drama for five years now. He loved every second of it.

Scott helps Asher out of his booster seat and then walks him to his class. Scott knew that Asher was old enough to do it himself. Scott just couldn't help but he a little too attached to his only son. Once he knew his son was safe, Scott heads towards his own classroom. His favorite student is already waiting by his door for him.

"Hey, Zoey." Scott smiles. "How long were you waiting today?"

"Only about ten minutes." she shrugs. "My dad was running a little late today."

"Well, it's a good thing you're here." Scott smiles. "We're reading Romeo and Juliet. Plus in drama club I'm announcing roles for the play."

Zoey was in drama club and had tried out for the lead role. She also always gave her full effort. It was hard to not like her and Scott loved her. She was his best student, a really sweet girl, and the only student that seemed to care.

"I really hope I got the lead." Zoey says following Scott into his classroom.

"You know I can't tell you if you got it." Scott says.

"I know." Zoey sighs. "I just really, really want it. My dad said he'll come to every rehearsal and every show we have. He said he'll do it even if I just get a background role."

"Well, your dad sounds amazing." Scott smiles. "Honestly, I haven't even seen the casting sheet yet. The principal gets to decide the parts. I bet you did great though."

"I really hope so. It would just mean so much to my dad." Zoey sighs. "My brother isn't the best student and he deserves good news for once."

Zoey's brother, Blake, was known around school for being the badboy. Blake was always in detention or fights or he was slipping class. Scott had never had Blake in one of his classes. So he had never met Zoey's dad. Scott was a little happy he had never had Blame in one of his classes. That kid was trouble and everyone knew it.

"I bet you did great, Zoey." Scott says. "Now, go sit down class is going to start soon."

"Ok, Mr. Hoying."

Zoey takes her seat and Scott lots into his computer. The bell rings as Scott starts unloading the copies of Romeo and Juliet. The second bell rings when Scott's passing all of the books out. The final bell rings when Scott's done passing the books out.

Scott scans the room quickly and his jaw almost hits the floor at what he sees. His brown hair is close to the same color as Zoey's and they have the same hazel eyes. Scott knew that they were twins but Scott would never have guessed how similar they looked. Scott had never seen them in the flesh but he knew for a fact that he was looking at Blake Grassi.
