"I just want to get out of this damn hospital already!" Scott exclaims, throwing his head back dramatically. He had been in the same room for a full day now and he was already sick of it.

"And I thought that I was the drama queen in this relationship." Mitch chuckles. "Dr. Wolfe should be in here soon to give you a final checkup."

"You are the drama queen, Mitchie." Scott chuckles. "I just want to go home already. I want to be in my own bed, in my new home, with my gorgoues boyfriend."

Mitch fakes a gasp, proving that he is the drama queen. "Are you cheating on me?"

"I would never cheat on you. Bitch, you are the gorgoues boyfriend." He says.

"It was really cute until you called me a bitch."

"You know that I was only making a joke, sweetheart." Scott says, taking Mitch's hand in his own. "You're the nicest person i've ever met. Am I forgiven now, princess?"

"Only if you get to be my prince."

Scott smiles before peaking Mitch on the nose. "I could only dream of a better title to hold."

Dr. Wolfe walks in at that moment, smiling at the happy couple. She gets straight to work with Scott's checkup. Since he really wants to leave the blonde makes sure to do whatever she asks. Within a few minutes Dr. Wolfe is nodding and agreeing to sign his discharge papers.

"Now, I better not see you again unless it's to bring Mitch something. I don't want you to be on my exam table anymore."

"I can do that." Scott smiles. Mitch helps him off the bed and then he shakes Dr. Wolfe's hand. "Thank you for patching me up, doc."

"Yeah, thanks for taking care of him." Mitch says. "We should get lunch soon."

Dr. Wolfe nods and bids Scott and Mitch farewell. They exit the room hand in hand and head up to Blake's room. Zoey had been discharged earlier in the day and was already at home. Mitch had wanted her to rest and there was no point in her staying at the hospital for longer than needed. Blake is sitting up in bed and putting a regular t-shirt on when the couple enters the room.

"The doctor said you just have to sign a paper and then I can go." Blake says, more than ready to get out of here. He was a lot like Scott in the way he couldn't stand all of the white walls and the constant smell of disinfectant.

Mitch nods and gets to work signing all of the paperwork. He was used to handing it to his patients so luckily he didn't need any help with it. Mitch goes to the other side of the room to fill it out, practically leaving Scott and Blake on their own. The blonde smiles at him and sits down, trying to find a go position for his shoulder.

Suddenly Blake speaks up in the silence to say something to Scott. He makes sure that Mitch won't be able to hear him. "Thank you?"

"For what?" Scott asks, compelety confused about why Blake would be thanking him. Last he checked they barely got along, since Blake still didn't really trust him.

"For protecting my dad." Blake says. "He's had a lot of boyfriend's over the years but your the only one that has ever lasted. Zoe and I would always find out about them but dad would just play it off. You were the first one that he asked if we wanted to meet. It was weird because we already knew you from school, but still."

Scott doesn't know what to say. All he can do is smile and stand up to give Blake a one armed hug. Of course Mitch looks over at that moment. Even though he's confused he can't help but smile. All Mitch wanted was for his kids to get along with Scott. I means the world to him, but his kids will always come first.

"Ready to go, babe?" Scott asks, pulling away from Blake after catching Mitch's eye.

"Yeah, I know I work here and all but I don't want to come back for awhile." Mitch sighs. Scott can only nod in agreement as he grabs Mitch's hand to hold.

Blake speaks up when they exit the room to leave the hospital. "I just want to go home and eat pizza. The food here sucks."

"I would totally agree with that." Scott laughs. "Why don't we have a movie night then? We can stop by the store to grab some popcorn and candy. Then we'll pick a few pizza's up on the way."

"That sounds like a great idea, babe." Mitch says. He leans up to kiss Scott on the lips before the continue down the hallway. "A movie night it is!"
