I never thought life could change so drastically, just by moving back with my uncle in the pleasantly cold town of Forks.
My boyfriend, Jasper, was a vampire and surprisingly his family adored me. While I was dating Jasper, my cousin, Bella, was dating his 'brother', Edward, which meant I didn't have to keep their identity a secret from my best friend.
Things in my life were currently great, yes we had a run-in with some nomads who tried to kill us, but we were still standing, we were alive.
My life was going well, it was for that reason, I expected something bad to happen. Life was never good for long.
If only I knew just how drastically my life would change.
