I was the one to break our gaze as my heart pumped ferociously. No, not because I fell for him at love at first sight, like most girls in chick flicks or romance novels. My heart pounded like that due to the fact that this guy I've never met made me nervous and to be honest he scared the shit out of me. I stared blankly at the board, pretending to pay attention to Mrs. Falconi's lesson, but I didn't even know what the hell the lesson was.

Who is he? Why do I feel like event hough he doesn't know me, he knows me? Like he can see something in me that others couldn't. It is creeping me out!

The bell, signaling the end of first period, rang. I instantly grabbed all of my stuff and bolted out of the classroom. I needed to find Travis. I knew he would be the only one right now who could take my mind off that creep and help me come at ease. I saw Travis at the end of the hall. I was about to run up to him when a strong, sexy (What? I'm a girl nonetheless. I know what's sexy, even though I hate to admit it.) body appeared in front of me. Me being 5'9, had to look up to soon meet those piercing grey eyes. I stepped back a bit and looked down not wanting him to look into my eyes.

"Hey I'm Jason and you are?"

"Not interested in dumb-asses like you." I spat out.

He smirked. "How do you know I'm a dumb-ass? You don't even know me."

"I don't have to know you to know your type creep." I said through gritted teeth. A disgusted look appeared on my face by just looking at him.

"I'm not creep." as he said this, he actually seemed amused, but I ignored it.

"Why don't you go tell that to someone who actually cares?" I shoved his shoulder with mine as I passed him heading to my next class.

I walked confidently to my second period class. I walked with a slight sway of the hips as I would when I'm at the streets. I didn't even bother to meet up with Travis; my mind had suddenly forgotten about how uneasy that prick made me feel. I walked into Mr. Crimson's class and sat down in the center of the classroom as usual. Then it hit me.

What the hell just happened to me?! I would never do that at school! That is something Alex would do not Alexandra! Wait! Why didn't he seem surprised when I spoke to him that way? He seemed like he knew I would react that way to him speaking to me. Almost as if he was trying to test me. What the hell?! I'm just going to avoid him for the rest of the year. That won't be so hard right?

Wrong! I was so beyond wrong! That creep was in most of my classes and he wouldn't stop looking at me! He would sit in the way back of the class, while I sat in my usual middle sit, and I could feel him watching me. It sent shivers down my spine. So in return I kept turning around slightly to glare at him causing him to smirk his cocky asshole of a smirk.

As I sat in my 6th period class, last class of the day, I couldn't help but wonder why he would look at me that way? In school I was a nobody. I hated being a nobody, I wanted my voice to be heard just like in the streets when I'm Alex Reed, but I couldn't control my shyness from overcoming me in school. But it was like he didn't see Alexandra, it was like he saw Alex. Wow I even sound insane to myself.

Just then the bell rang and I gathered all my stuff and rapidly left the classroom. I practically jogged to my locker to leave my books in there before I ran out to Titi's car.

I turned on the engine and although I must sound like a crazy person, the humming sound of the engine soothed my nerves, relaxing me completely. As I put my hands firmly on the wheel, I took in a deep breath, letting in the feeling of freedom that cars seem to bring to me. I then pulled out of the student parking lot and headed straight to Titi's house.
