I didn't struggle. That would be stupid of me because I've been in this situation before. He won't take mercy on me. I don't want him to have a reason to cause more harm on me than he already plans or worse yet cross a line he has fortunately yet to cross.
"Being a good girl?" He asked, his breath hitting my neck.
I didn't respond. He chuckled darkly.
"I taught you well. You know I had told you I was back and this time I wasn't going to let you go." I could feel his sinister smile against my hair.
His hand around my mouth left, to rather travel down the side of my body. Bile rose in my throat as the disgust of his hands on me shook my body.
"You were dead. You died in the fire." I said my voice hoarse.
He threw his head back laughing with an evil humor. "That's what you think."
He kissed my neck. I almost doubled over and hurled right on the spot.
"You really think a measly fire that you attempted as your escape would kill me? I'm smarter than that sweetheart. You should know that by now." His spine-chilling voice murmured against my ear.
"What do you want?" I asked him keeping the fear out of my voice.
"You will find out as soon as I have you back. Right now I must go. I wouldn't want that boy to find us just yet. But remember Alexandra Reed. I'm watching you. Even when you think I'm not watching you, I am." He whispered in my ear and then placed a sloppy kiss on my neck.
I swallowed the bile that just wanted to come out. He laughed softly and finally I felt his presence leave me. My body shook in pure fear and disgust. My knees buckled and I almost fell on the ground as I felt my legs were unable to hold my body weight up, but was able to maintain myself standing. I wrapped my arms around myself as some form of comfort.
I wasn't sure what he meant when he said he didn't want that boy to find us, until I heard ruffling from not far ahead. My head immediately snapped up just in time to see Jason walking towards me. Once he got closer I was able to see worry etched on his face and Jaiden trailing behind him.
"Alex, are you ok?" Jason asked me once he was close enough to me.
I nodded completely void of emotion. I was unable speak still in a bit of a shock at having Sebastian so close to me again.
Of course Jason didn't believe me. His eyebrows furrowed. He opened his mouth to say something, but at that exact moment Aliana appeared with Andy. She had a huge smile on her face.
"Guys hurry up! Don't we have somewhere to be?" She winked at me.
"Uh, yeah... we should um, get going." I said unable to keep the nervousness out of my voice.
Aliana and Andy didn't seem to notice, but it was obvious that Jason and Jaiden had.
