Kanan and Ezra One Shots

The Search for Credits pt.1

Ezra's pov

It is now 8:30 in the morning. I plan on pranking Kanan with the classic feather and whip cream.

He is still sleeping so now is a perfect time to do it.

I want to do this prank on Kanan because of all that meditation he made me do because of the last prank I did on him.

If anything, I made him famous posting that video of him singing in the shower. After the first week, it got over 10 million views!!!!! About four managers called us wanting to give Kanan a record deal and a live show.

But he turned it down. What a jerk. I was so excited.

I just realized, he will probably make me do more meditation when I do this prank.........oh well!!!!

I sneak by his door and open it quietly. But what surprised me, was that he was not even there.

That's strange I did not even see him leave his room at all.

I then notice a piece of paper on Kanan's bunk.

When I read what is on it, my eyes widen.

If you ever want to see Kanan Jarrus again, go to the warehouse near Tarkin Town and pay us 2,000 credits. If you don't come by the time the sun goes down the day after tomorrow, he will be died.

"Oh karabast!!!!!" I shout and immediately sprint to Hera's room.

"Hera!!! Kanan is in trouble!!! We need 2,000 credits!!!" I yell banging on her door.

When I hear no response, I remember that Hera, Sabine, and Zeb went on a mission. Why do they always leave me and Kanan here alone?!?!?!?

I need to stay calm. I will just get our emergency credits to get Kanan back. No problem.

I quickly go into our safe and my hope disappeared when I only saw 100 credits. That's definitely not going to get him back.

But it will have to do for now.

I grab the credits and search everywhere on the ghost for more. Sadly, I found only 2 credits.

Great, now I am going to have to get more somewhere else. I have till the day till tomorrow to find more credits.

I grab some food and water, and put it in my bag. I make my way off the ramp and to Capital City. Hopefully I will get more credits there.

Don't worry Kanan, I will get you back soon.

Kanan's pov

What is going on? The last thing I remember was going to get some sleep. Now I am in a dark room with restraints.

Suddenly to answer my question, two large men walked in revealing some light into the room.

"Finally, your awake." One of the men says.

I only glare at him. "Where am I?"

"Oh sorry tough guy. We can't tell you that. But one thing we could tell you is that you'll be here for awhile." The guy says while laughing evilly.

"Let us introduce ourselves. My name is Donald. My partner here is Justin." The guy known as Donald says.

"Oh nice to meet you." I say sarcastically. Justin gets his fists ready to punch me. But Donald stops him.

"To get payed fully, we will need him alive and in good health." Donald says. Justin sighs and puts his fists down.

"Payed?" I ask.

They both smile. "Yeah payed. We made sure your friends knew you were gone and with us. If they don't give us 2,000 credits in a matter of days.......well, not so happy ending for you." Justin says.

They both then exit the room leaving me alone in the darkness.

2,000 credits? We never have that much. They all went on a mission anyways, well except Ezra.

Ezra!!!! He is probably freaking out right now. I hope he is ok. I don't know how he could get 2,000 credits by himself. I just hope he stays away from trouble.
