Kirstie tried her best to convince Mitch not to go to the party, but that just only made him want to go. He's never done something as rebellious as this. It's kind of... fun?
"Damn, baby girl. You look hot as hell tonight," Avi says as he snakes his arm around Mitch.
Mitch blushes as he looks up at Avi, and then kisses him.
"Ready to go?" Avi asks as he opens the door for Mitch.
Mitch nods and then he walks out of the house and waits for Avi.
It was finally the day of the party and Mitch is extremely nervous. Something bad always happens at parties and usually... he is the victim. Mitch hasn't gone to a party since he was a little kid, and that was a birthday party. But, he wants to go and have fun with his boyfriend.
They finally get to the party, and there's a lot of people there.
Mitch can feel his anxiety kicking in, and he just has to hope that Avi will protect him.
"Come on," Avi says as he leads Mitch to the house and takes them inside.
There must be about a hundred people at this party, and there's loud music playing. Mitch is definitely going to get a headache from the loud music. Maybe he'll find something to distract him from the music.
"Mitchy, you coming?"
Mitch blinks a few times as he looks over and sees Avi ahead of him, so he quickly hurries over to Avi and follows him into the kitchen. They walk up to one of the guy's at the drink bar.
"Austin,"
The guy looks over and smiles when he sees Avi. "Hey dude," they give each other a hug.
Mitch stands there awkwardly, not knowing what to do.
Austin looks over at him and raises his eyebrows, and looks him up and down. "So, this is the arm candy you said you were going to bring tonight? Damn," he smirks.
"Back off dude, he's taken," Avi rolls his eyes.
Mitch blushes but steps closer to Avi, though he does give Austin a friendly smile.
"So, do you guys want anything to drink?" Austin asks.
"Yeah, you know I'll have some beer-" Avi chuckles. "Mitch, what would you like?"
Mitch bites his lip slightly as he looks around at the different drinks on the table, and only sees alcohol. He refuses to drink so he shakes his head and takes a step back, hoping Avi wouldn't make him drink.
"Oh, come on. Be a little adventurous tonight. Just have one-"
Austin smirks and pours a drink for both Avi and hands them to the both of them.
Mitch stares at the drink as he holds it into his hands.
"Come on, let's go somewhere else," Avi says. He starts to walk away but Austin quickly grabs his arm. Avi blinks a few times as he looks over at him. "What?"
"Don't forget about the dare," Austin whispers in his ear before letting him go.
Avi takes a deep breath before quickly walking over to Mitch.
Mitch instantly notices his weird behavior and raises his eyebrows, giving him a puzzling look.
"Don't worry about it. Let's just go dance or something," Avi pulls him out of the kitchen.
To Mitch:
From Kirstin:
how are things?
Mitch bites his lip when he sees the text from Kirstie. She's probably worrying out of her mind right now.
To Kirstin:
From Mitch:
good, we haven't been here that long for anything to go wrong yet x
To Mitch:
From Kirstin:
well, you'll call me if you need anything, right?
"Who are you texting?" Avi asks, causing Mitch to jump.
Mitch looks up at Avi, and before he can say anything- Avi takes his phone.
"Let's just go ahead and turn that off. You should be having fun at the party," Avi says.
Mitch frowns. Now he can't even talk to his friends?
Mitch really needs to talk to Avi about this later before things get too out of control.
