Chapter 8- First day

Taytum's POV:
I wake up to my phone going off. I answer it. "Hey Owen.", "Hey Taytum. I'm picking you up in an hour so get ready for your first day of work." He said. "Ok see you in a hour." I said and hung up the phone. I go and shower first then I get changed. I wear a white England rugby polo shirt (which said physio on the back), a pair of nike sport leggings, a England rugby jumper with physio team on the back and a pair of nike trainers. I got my bag ready for the day and went downstairs to eat some breakfast.

I ate breakfast and checked my social media before grabbing the last of things and the heading out the door. A few knocks come from the door, so I grab my bag and phone and head to the door. I open the door and Owen is standing there in his training kit. "Morning Taytum. Ready to go." He asked me. "Yes let's go." I said and locked the door, then we walked down the path to Owen's car. I got in and he drove to the England training ground. Owen finds his car parking space that says: O-Farrell. We get out and he takes me to the physio room. I give Owen a hug before he left to go and train.

I walk in by getting greeted by another physio called Jody. "Hey you must be Taytum. I'm Jody." She said. "Yes that is me. Nice to meet you. So what are we doing today then?" I asked her. "Well we have to go through some paper work and go over stuff. If someone hurts themselves today we will help them." She explained. "Ok sure. I'm ready for today." I said.

Jody nodded and went and got the paper work from the draw. We both sat at the desk and started to fill in the paper work. Jody filled in half and I filled in the other half. Today was a chilled day. I hope tomorrow is better. I thought to myself. Jody and I finished our papers and left work. I said by to Owen and Henry before leaving for home.

Jody offered me a lift home so I said yes. We talked about life and some other stuff. She dropped me off and I went straight in the house and into the shower. I finished in the shower and changed into my pyjamas. I went downstairs to make dinner. Once I finished dinner, I watched a bit of TV then fell asleep on the sofa.
