Our Love is strong x Henry Slade

Chapter 2- After

Owen POV:
Wow. I thought I would never see her again. But I was wrong, she came to see me. I saw one of my rugby mates, Henry Slade looking in the direction of Taytum. Hmm. I better go see what he wants.

Taytum POV:
I see Owen heading over to someone. I don't know him but he is pretty cute. They talk and stare at me. I caught them staring at me, so I turned around and started talking to George Ford. "So George. Hows life been without me?" I asked. "It has been great. Won a few matches and lost a few but now your here it is even better." He said. Owen and George are like my brother's. It's nice to have them as such good friends.

"Who's that guy standing next to Owen?" I questioned. "That is Henry Slade. Very good player. He also plays for Exeter Chiefs." George told me. Wow is all I could say right now. I stayed at the training ground until they had finished training which wasn't long after. Owen came over and stood by me. "Sup Faz.", "Hey Taytum." We waited a while for a few of his mates to come out. Some of them said bye to both of us as they walked out and I just nodded my head in response.

Owen disappeared somewhere. To be honest I don't know where. Henry Slade started to walk towards me. Right Taytum. Don't mess this up or say anything wrong. I thought. "Hey. You must be Taytum Blackburn. I'm Henry Slade.", "Yeah that's me. Nice to meet you." I said to him. We talked for a while until his name got called. "It was nice seeing you Taytum. I would love for us to get to know each other." He said before walking away. "Yeah I would love that Henry. Thank you." I said to him before I went to search for Owen.

I eventually found Owen with his mates outside in the car park. I walked over to them and said, "Hey Owen I'm going to go now. See you tomorrow maybe.", "Yeah see you tomorrow." He said giving me a goodbye hug. I walked towards my car and heard all his friends muttering. "Owen you have a girl now." One of them said. "Taytum is my best friend. She is like a sister to me." Owen said. I smiled and got in my car and drove off to my new house.
