Chapter 49- Back to work

Taytum's POV:
My alarm goes off which wakes me and Henry up. "Do I have to go to work?" I ask. "Yes you do." Henry said leaning down to me, giving me a kiss. We got up and went downstairs. We ate breakfast together. Henry used the bathroom first and I was washing up the dishes. I went upstairs and into the bathroom. I came out with my clothes on and saw Henry come out of the walk in closet. He was only wearing his shorts. I wasn't looking in his direction because I didn't want him to think I couldn't keep my eyes off him but to be honest I wouldn't be able to. He put his top on and packed some spare work clothes in his bag.

I put my stuff in my bag and headed down the stairs to the kitchen. "Oops. Forgot something." I said and walked past Henry back up the stairs. I grabbed what I needed and came downstairs. I walked into the kitchen and put the big folder in my bag. "Ready?" Henry asked. "Yes." I said. We walked out the door and to the car. We decided to take my car for a change. I hoped in the driver's seat and started the engine. I drove down the road and a few more roads to get to England rugby training ground.

We arrive at the ground just when there are many interviews going on from the players. Some where talking to the cameras. Henry went to go to the changing room and practice. I gave him a kiss before we headed our separate ways. I walked past the camera that James Haskell and Jack Nowell where talking to. I walk into the physio room and put my stuff down. I sat down on the chair and did some work on my desk. I got my big folder out and started to update stuff in there. James and Jack walked in with the camera. "So this is one of the many physio rooms in this building. Here is Taytum also one of the many physio's." James says to the camera. I look up and say hi to the camera. They walk out the room and leave me to do what I was doing.

I get a text from Henry:
Hey. I'm going to be late home tonight. I will be staying on at work for a bit longer so please don't wait for me. I will get Jack to bring me home. I love you. Xxx
Ok sure. Enjoy yourself. See you later.
I replied back to the message. I was by myself at work again. Jody has got a few weeks off so I have decided to take her shifts for a while. I finish up what I am doing and put my bag on my back. I head out the room towards the exit. I get stopped.

Henry stopped me. He grabbed my hand and interlocked his hand with mine. He put his lips onto mine and kissed me for a minute. I pulled away and gave him a hug. "Bye." He says. "Bye." I say letting go of his hand. Henry walked away and left me stunned. I got my keys from my bag and unlocked the car. I got in and drove home. I open the front door and put my bag on the table. I make myself some dinner and eat it while watching some TV. I wash my plate up and get back to watching some TV. I grab a blanket from the cupboard and lie on the sofa with it wrapped around me. I watch the TV and I soon drift off to sleep.

Henry's POV:
We all left from the training ground and I got in the car with Jack. "Do you think she will like it?" I asked him. "Yeah. She will love it mate." Jack says. Jack drives into the drive way. "Thanks." I say getting out the car. I unlock the door and walk in. I see Taytum's bag still on the table and I wonder why. I walk in to the lounge and see Taytum lying on the sofa asleep. I pick her up and take her to our bedroom. I tuck her in bed and I get myself ready for bed. I get in bed and put my arms around her. "Goodnight Taytum." I say to her and kissed her forehead.
