Chapter 10: Taking your Friends to Work Day.

After the podcast I went home. I didn't see the girls that night cuz I was exhausted.

I woke up at 5:30 with my phone going nuts. I looked at it and it was Key and Shelly. I sighed and opened the texts.

Key: You didn't call us!!!

Shh: Wake up!

I read on and on and finally I saw the last message that was just sent.

Key: We are coming over!

Shh: YEA!

I sighed and shuffled my way downstairs. I opened the door for the girls as I rubbed my face and whined.

"You know you woke me up a hour before I actually wake up." I whined as I dragged my feet back up the stairs.

"Yea!! But you said you would see us last night!" Key yelled. "I KNOW, BUT I ALSO SAID DONT WORRY IF I'M LATE." I yelled. "Ok... ok... Chill out girls." Shelly said. I sighed and walked Into my room and plopped back on the bed.

"I saw the podcast last night. LilFree!!!" Shelly screeched. I covered my ears until she was done. "I know right." I said. "And they love you!!!" Key pipped up. "But I'm just a intern." I said curling up into a ball. "You're not just a intern. You are more than just a intern. You're Hannah! You are being shipped with Gavin!!!!" Shelby Said smiling like a mad woman. "Yea..." Key trailed off.

I could tell she was a little jealous. "Key," I said leaning up. "I know you are jelly about this. I can see right through you. I know you love Gavin too. I'm not doing this to make you mad. I love Gavin yes but I don't know if he likes me back. So don't get mad." I said truthfully. "I'm sorry Hannah, it was the same way with his ex... I love you, you are my sister." Key said sitting beside me. "I love you both." She added in. I smiled and hugged her. "I love you both too." I said with a sincere smile.

-1 Week Later-

I woke up early, about 5am. The girls spent the night last night and we were going to the office today. I got up off my bed and looked at my phone. I had a message. I tilted my head in confusion and then opened it.

"Hello Hannah, it's Burnie, I just wanted to confirm with you about today when you're gonna bring your friends. - sent 4:55am"

I replied "yes, we will be there at 7! Thanks again Burnie! -sent 5:10am"

I went pee and turned on the shower. As it was getting hot I shuffled my way back to the bedroom and pulled out my Vav shirt, denim ripped shorts at the knees and my converse UK Flag shoes. Might as well match right?

I brought them to the bathroom and hopped in the shower a moment later. Soon I got out and wrapped a towel around me. I grabbed another towel and rubbed my hair to stop it from dripping. I then get dressed and put on a little bit of pink eye shadow and put on mascara. Dark and light pink lipstick mixed together and I put my hair up. Put on my shoes and walked back into the bedroom.

I knelt down and shook Key until she woke up. "Whaaaat!?" She shouted. "It's Tuesday remember!?" I said. "Oh yea..." Key sat up rubbing her face. I shook Shelly until she woke. She didn't say anything and she got up to pee. Then she took a shower and soon came out dressed with very little makeup on.

Key did the same but had about.... Maybe a little more than Shelby and a little less than me. So about just right. We ate and headed out a little early, We walked.

We arrived about 20 minutes later. I walked through the doors first. "Morning Barb!" I said smiling. "Morning Hannah!" She smiled back. "Here is my friends Key and Shelby." I said pointing to them as I said their names. "Hello I'm Barbara Dunkleman!" She greeted the girls and I went on showing them the place leaving the AH office for last.

I walked up to the office door signaling the girls to be quiet until it was ok. I knocked on the door and slipped in the door and shut it behind me.

I slowly open the door and waved inwards like it was a secret. "Girls, meet the guys. Ryan, Jack, Geoff, Ray, Michael and Gavin." I said pointing to each of them as I said their names and I smiled when I pointed at Gavin. The girls squealed like little girls. "Oh my God! I love you all!" Shelly said fangirling. "I'm taking it you girls watched us before huh?" Michael smirked at me. "Yep. Like me." I squealed a little with them. "Hello there." Key said to Gavin. "Hello, nice to meet you." Gavin replied.

"Did you show them everything?" Geoff asked. "Yea. Everything but this place till now!" I smiled.

The girls hugged everyone and fangirled more. "Gavin is my best bud tho." I said walking beside him. He wrapped his arm around me. "Yep." He smiled. The sun started to go down. "Dinner anyone!?!" Ryan yelled. "YEA!" We all yelled. "Lets go." Geoff said. We all headed outside. "Ok... Ill take Jack, Ryan and Key. Hannah can you take the lads and Shelby?" Geoff asked. I nodded and we took Geoff and Michael's car. I drove, "we are just gonna follow Geoff. I don't care were we eat." I said.

We soon arrived at the pizza place and we all had a great time. We laughed, cried, smiled and about died from choking. We started heading back but Michael drove this time. This time Ray went with the others and Michael drove Key, Shelby and I home. Gavin walked out and opened our doors for us. "Aw, you're so polite." Key said. "I try to be." He said smiling. "Wanna hang out a little?" Key asked. "Sure!" Gavin smiled.

"See you Hannah and Shelby, talk tomorrow." Key smiled and winked at me. I felt jealous and my temper go up as I watched Gavin and Key walked into her house.

"You're mad aren't you?" Michael asked. "What?...." I trailed off. "Don't shit me, I know mad when I see it. I am the definition of mad Hannah." Michael said walking beside me. "...gah..." I sighed. "You like Gavin don't you?" He asked. I popped up shocked. "Uhhh... What? No... He's a dumb!" I said. "I won't tell him. It's our secret. Don't lie to me about you being mad or not." Michael smirked and said bye to Shelby as he drove away.

I walked to my house and got in, ran to my room and screamed in my pillow. I felt like a teen all over again. Then I fell asleep thinking

"Why Gavin?..."
