I'd rather look back and say I can't believe I did that, rather than I wish I would have done that. -Unkown.

Tyler Posey as Dan

Clarke Augustan

After getting my food, I went to their table and I quickly introduced myself to the others and started eating. I was starving and tired which led to no hesitation in dig into immediately. After a few minutes, I heard Jaiden exclaim,

"There is only one person who I know can eat that much and that's Dan!" I raised an eyebrow in confusion at his statement. I realised he was talking about me when I saw everyone at the table was looking at me.

"Yeah. I actually do have a big appetite. I can almost eat more than my brother." I replied nonchalantly. The truth was, I worked out a LOT, and needed a LOT of protein. You could totally see my arms and legs ripped without the school uniform.

"Not bigger than mine." Dan replied.

"I think I do..." I argued back. I totally didn't have to win this battle but after feeling like a whole clown today, I really wanted to be 'cool' and win this.

"Of course not."

"No, seriously!"

"Only way to prove it is through a challenge."

"No need for a challenge. I can easily beat you." I replied back cockily.

"You fear me, Angela." He countered back. His brown eyes staring right into my black ones with no tint of humour. I squinted my eyes, even more, pouring out all my emotions through my eyes.

"Then fine, tomorrow?" I finally gave into his challenge.

"Tomorrow it is!"

"Bets open now!" Jaiden yelled out loud and some guy started doing the drum rolls. A small smile escaped my face as I saw people actually betting. It was funny.

Are they actually serious?

That small smile vanished as fast as it came when I realised almost everyone had their bets placed on Dan and not me. A guy called Charles, from the Literature club, spoke up,

"Betting on the new girl." With a wink directed towards me. I gave him a small smile as a nonverbal thanks and turned my attention towards Elsa. She was placing her money on Dan's side.

"That's fucked up." I added making Elsa retrieve her money and place it on my name with a sheepish smile.

Why don't they have any faith in me?

Aaron looked at me and gave me a smirk, "Everybody's gonna choose Dan, of course, nobody wants to lose their money, mate!" He laughed.

"Funny, and I thought you all were supposed to be rich." I replied sassily with a cocky smile, receiving a couple of 'ooo's and 'damn's. It was fun. High school was fun.

"Listen up, are the bets done?" I asked loudly, everybody nodded. "Okay winner gets the full amount of money, in this case, if I win I'm sharing it with Charles," I announced.

"Hey, and me!" Elsa butted in. I rolled my eyes at her and continued,

"And the loser has to do whatever the other person says! Do we have a deal?" I asked while stretching my hand out towards Dan.

He shook my hand in return and replied,

"Deal." With a serious and a firm tone.

Game on.

"One rule though," I added, Dan looked at me curiously, "You. Cannot. Be. High."

Everybody's jaw dropped and Dan began to look scared. Now all of them looked unsure about their bets. Got em.

'Go meet the football coach of the school, Mr Edwin, he used to work for the camp before, he will be your new weekday trainer and join the girls' football team or something to keep yourself physically fit. He will tell you the timings of your training and all the other details. You still have to come to the camp every weekend for the 'Mass training'. Meet him asap. By the way, I missed seeing your ugly face at training.'
-Drew

That was my sweet coach; Drew Paris. I rolled my eyes at his text and got up to meet the coach as he asked me to, but not before sending him a reply,

'Wow, I feel the love. I'll try not to miss your mood swings. How will I survive without you? God help me!'
- C.A

To which I soon got a reply.

'Ha-ha. Have you thought about starting a comedy show?'
- Drew

'You can add all the sarcasm you want but I know I can make people laugh.'
- C.A

'With your face? Sure. Now shut up and go meet him, Amanda.'
- Drew

'Sure Mr, Hotshot. I forgot to tell you, I found a perfect match for you ;)'
