Kiya's P. O. V

"Wake up My Lady! "I heard their excited voices.

I shot up out of my sleep with my hair everywhere and covering my face.

" It is morning already? "

" Yes it is, "Nathifa beamed.

I rolled out of the bed." I cannot believe it! "
I jumped up and down excitedly.

" How about we get your days started my Lady? " Rada said.

" Definitely! "I replied.

I was dolled up by Ladonna's doing. I could barely contain myself.  I felt like a child.

" Keep still My Lady,  I will be finished soon,"Ladonna draped the last  of the golden chains around my waist.
It was the first time she ever made me wear a skirt like this and top that stopped inches above my navel. She added my golden cuffs to my arm and stepped back in accomplishment.
"You can outshine all,  you are like the walking sun. "

" Thank you,  I look wonderful thanks to you all, "I smiled as I hugged them.

" We are honoured My Queen!" They chimed together.

I opened the doors and rushed down the halls with my head in the clouds. As I turned the corner that lead to throne room I was brought to a sudden halt.  I slammed right into someone and fell.

"Ow!  No running. "

" I am so sorry.  I did not see you when I was coming, "I apologized as I propped myself up off my back with my elbows.

" My Queen! "I heard the fright in Amenei's voice.

" Kiya? "Khai spun around.

" I was wondering how you did not even turn around to face me, "I said as he held his hand out for me to take.

" I did not realize it was you. "

I looked at him before ignoring his helping hand as got up on my own.

" Are you hurt My Queen? "Amenei asked concerned.

" Nothing that will leave a mark, "I replied. " What a gift, a head on collision on the morning of my birthday, "I mumbled as I rubbed my lower back.

" Birthday?"Amenei looked puzzled before looking at Khai.

"I thought I mentioned it to you. "

" I had no idea My Queen. "

" It is fine Amenei,"I replied.

"Did I mentioned I was sorry. I was caught up and I did not expect to see someone running at full speed."

"I cannot hear you over the pain Pharaoh!"

"Do not be like that Kiya,"I felt him hug me from behind. "Plus if you were not running you would not have crashed into me. Am I wrong?" He whispered in my ear and sent small shocks all over my body.

"Hmm,"I tried to free myself from the grip he hand around my waist.

"Who told you I was finished?" He held my hands with his free one. "I still have something to say to you. "

"Really, what might that be Pharaoh?"

"I need you in the garden, where we always go before the moon is up. You need to be there."

"Understood,"I replied to him. I paused before looking up at him. "Have you considered releasing me now."

"I did not get to tell you how beautiful you look. I like the whole new look of you,"he nuzzled his face in the crook of my neck. I bit my lip as I tried to keep my composure .
