🗣 Random Female Tip.

So, I just wanted to help some of you females that may be reading this because my audience is majority female. I remembered this tip because I just got my braces off yesterday and now I can chew gum again, and you'll now what I mean in a minute.

Y'all know the feeling when you're on your period and you get cramps and stomach pain, cause I definitely do. One day, my stomach hurt so pain and I thought food would suffice it for whatever reason and I did not have food around me and I didn't want to get up but I had gum. I began chewing the gum and it didn't really work. I thought some more and just happened to have water for whatever reason so I drunk some.

I did this for about 5 minutes; chewing, drinking, chewing, drinking. Then guess, what, the pain when away. I can't say how long it went away because it was so long ago when I could chew gum and I also feel asleep right after.

Anyways, y'all tell me if it works ok you, maybe it just me, I don't know, but I just wanted to share this.
