Why Did I Just Now Realize This?

Hey, guys, yesterday I was just sitting and thinking and for whatever reason, I started thinking about our food choices in America. I hear older people talk about it all the time. I mean just think, back in the olden days, it started off with something unhealthy but people ate it in moderation. Then it started getting worse and worse, and now we have bacon donuts and crazy cup sizes for such a small price.

I think that they conditioned us to it. I mean, just think of how it gradually got worse and now it's like an addiction and people who don't have much money get the worst of them (oop, another thought). I don't truly understand the point but I feel there is a reasoning even if it is just money still, that's crazy man. I mean I lowkey feel like a fool, it is LITERALLY addicting.

That is all I had to say but it really is just sticking in my mind and I told my mom but I wanted to tell more people about it.

love,

black girl ki.
