Do you really believe that? I try to believe it but, is it really true? I repeat it to try and make myself feel it but I never do.

You know what? The truth is something totally unthought of.
Sticks and Stones may break my bones,
but words will break my soul.
See, no physical object can break your soul like words. A weapon cannot hurt your soul, it can't even gain access to your soul.
Do you know what a soul is? Everyone has a different interpretation of it but I think a soul is a person. It's like you "naked", without your body.
If you don't understand, think of it as your conscience of sorts. It is you in your entirety. Your body is just the visible, moving part of you. Think of your body as a car and your soul as the driver.
For you people that like is straight up scientific, think of it as your brain contents. People used to think your heart controls you, but your brain does. Never lose your brain because that means you have lost you. Your brain controls your thoughts and movements. Your brain is the driver and everything else is the car.
To that, I say, YES ...
Sticks and Stones may break my bones,
It is just a fact,
But words can and will hurt, maybe not physically but they HURT worse than any other.
And I will end with a question ..
