"You better not mess up the coffee beans, got it?" Touka said to me, with a scary face.

"Y-Yeah I won't..."

"Touka, give Y/N a break. She doesn't need to experience how you treated me when I first starting working here," Kaneki said leaning on his hands.

"Mind your own business."

He just rolled his eyes and whispered to me. "She can get like this all the time. Don't worry," He smiled.

"Get to work you two. Or else you won't get paid."

I just sighed. At least Kaneki is thoughtful... Except he goes to another school with Touka I believe so it's fine. I shouldn't get too close with neither of them.

When I was about to go to my first table to take their order, I froze.

...Bandaged guy was here. H-He was sitting in the farthest table and seemed like he wanted a cup of coffee.

When he turned around to me, I quickly turned around and went to Kaneki who currently finished an order.

"K-Kaneki.. Can you take the order of him?" I asked him pleading.

He looked at Bandaged guy and shrugged. "Why? You don't like him?"

"Basically... He's a classmate in one of my classes and is rude... I don't want to take his order if you don't mind."

"Oh really? He's really quiet for a rude classmate. He's a regular," He said.

My eyes widen and I groaned quietly. "No way... My life I ruined.."

"N-No worries! Touka and I can help y-

"I won't help her with anything. Understand, Y/N?" Touka said looking scary.

I gulped and nodded right away.

Kaneki went to take his order while I just took orders of other customers.

It was a regular day until... My break.

I sat down and looked at the messages that I missed from FC.

FC: We're still going to the dungeon, right? After school?

FC: U/N? I guess you're not there then... How about around 11 or 12 if you don't mind.. I know it's late but, you said you usually stay up late anyways right?

IM SO STUPID! I FORGOT ABOUT THE DUNGEON WE WERE GOING TO GO TO!

Urg... Oh well.. I better respond to him then.

U/N: oh! Sorry I was busy with buying stuff. I promise you we will do it around 11:30 if that sounds good!

I smiled a little and coughed.

FC: sounds good to me. But if you don't promise, you owe me 1,000 gil.

FC: lol i won't chill jk. Anyways, it would've been much more helpful if you were a mage. Then, you could heal me instead of you getting hurt and me coming to the recuse.

U/N: HEY! After you rescue me, I take the final shot and... BOOM! I kill the boss! But it's not every single time I almost end of dying. Mostly your here one almost dying which sucks!

FC: now yo feel my pain.. We might need to hire a mage user.
