My alarm on my phone rang, as I was finishing my homework.
"What the... Why did I put an alarm-
I picked up and phone and looked at the alarm title.
"Aph'ssleepoverparty~"
I sighed to myself and got up, to get ready.
Should I really be sleeping over to someone's house? I don't even know Aphmau too well. Plus, who even is going to be there?
Uh... It's 6:20 and it starts in 40 minutes? Where is her house at ?
I looked at the invite and looked surprised. She lives in those houses? Hmm... I actually do live close to her then...
Just as I was about to wonder about something else, I quickly got dressed in some pajamas that I newly brought and put them on.

Once I got my Pjs on, I went to the bathroom and quickly put my stuff in my backpack that I was carrying, while still combing my hair and brushing my teeth.
Once I was ready, I got my phone, charger and headphones out as I went to Aphmau's house.
Right as I was about to go downstairs, I almost tripped and I tried to hold onto the stair bars. My fingers slipped causing me to face the stairs.
Right as I felt like I was falling, someone grabbed me from behind, making me not fall.
I looked back and saw the one and only,
FC.
He just stood there, worried and nervous. I stood up well and looked at him, confused.
"Thanks but... What are you doing here??" I asked him indifferently.
He gulped and looked confused as well. "I live here. Why are you here?"
My eyes widened at him and I turned around slowly. "I...I live here. I never have seen you around though!"
"That's because I go out to school earlier than you do probably!"
"Well, thanks again. I'm going to go now," I said and passed by him.
Right as I was going to walk, he said my name, causing me to stop.
"What?" I responded not turning around.
"Can we, please talk wen you have the chance to? I know a lot of things happened and I don't want to make things hard for you but, was our friendship nothing to you?!" He yelled he last sentence, making me flinch.
"I-I..."
"Were you just playing with my feelings because, I couldn't have friends! You were the only one I had! Do you know, how I felt? That was selfish of you to just leave me after meeting me. I'm sorry if I scared you, but you can't just leave me without an explanation," He said sadly and guilty.
My hands turned into fists and I gulped slowly.
W-What if he's lying?
"Fine! I will give you an explanation! Not today, not tomorrow! How about... At school?"
"Where? In the closet room?"
"Sure... Why not," I said facing him now. "Look, I don't trust anyone. That chance slipped away by people that I trusted. So, I'm sorry if I was selfish, but I had my reasons. And no, it's not because FC is you. It's not because I think you're scary. It's because..."
"Because what?"
"Because... I-I I'm scared! Irene!"
My face flushed red and I turned away form him. "We can talk more at school. Right now, I'm busy."
Right there, I walked away from him, feeling an ache in my stomach.
