I-I don't want to go to class..

I trembled up a little and gulped. At least I have calculus next...

Then werewolf class...

Homeroom, Art, Potion, 1st Lunch Period, Calculus and then Werewolf Class...

I guess I don't have that big of a schedule...

I got a seat in the back of the class and rested my head on my desk.

I just want to go home and lay down for a bit until work... I wish I had more free time than usual..

My free time is taken by papers of being a resident here in Phoenix Drop.. So difficult... Ugh.

So I guess I could get sick from all this... Lack of sleep and also getting overworked.

So many freakin' stuff to do! I just want some free time... Please.

I groaned to myself and sighed.

"Just forget about all your stresses by taking a deep breath and thinking of the happiest memories you can think of. I always think to the times we spend time together as a family," My father smiled to me.

I smiled and closed my eyes for a second.

I took a deep breath and exhaled.

"HAHA! You're so going down if you don't upgrade your weapons! C'mon, let's got to a shop. I'm sure they'll sell new weapons."

"How much damage does your weapon do anyways?"

"Uh... About 1,000.. Yours is about 500 so now I get why you're so much weaker than me... Get some armor as well."

"I don't have enough Gil!"

"Uh... Here I'll give you 2,000 Gil. That should be enough for new weapons and armor."

"Wait how am I suppose to repay you back?!"

"Oh don't worry. I'm thinking of how you're going to repay me back..."

"Haha! I'm joking. This is for when you learned healing magic to revive and heal us and also let me take the boss Drop. It's pretty nice," FC said as he held his weapon that dealt almost 1,000 damage...

"You sure? I can pay you back you know..."

"Nah it's fine, really. Just think of this as a late Christmas gift lol."

I smiled to myself and chuckled.

"Alright class today we're going to be answering some questions that is going to be an your upcoming test.. Think of this as your study guide but also as 15% of your grade for this terms," The Calculus teacher said boringly and picked up his list. He pushed his glasses upwards a little and his hair was messy.

"So... You're going to have a partner you're going to work with today.. And that partner will be your partner for the rest of the semester. And I'll choose them for you based on your knowledge."

I groaned quietly and looked at the window.

Why can't I just work alone?.. Calculus is so damn easy anyways...

"Alright... Raise you hand if you did not hear your name."

I took a glance and gulped. Why did I not get called out?...

A person raised their hand and I also raised my hand. The teacher looked at both of us and he nodded.

"Oh right I forgot to put you two with partners since you guys would've rather worked alone. Unfortunately I cannot do that so... I'll pair you guys up," He said as he started walking around the room and walked to my desk 'accidentally.'

"And because you two are my smartest kids in Calculus," He whispered and winked.

I smiled and heard towards my direction to my partner.

Now who am I stuck with...

My eyes widen and I looked at the person.

"You?!" We both said in unison and I crossed my arms.
