Remus's boggart changed form a lot. Though it would nearly always be the corpses of people close to him.
At first when he hadn't joined Hogwarts, his boggart took the shape of his parents mangled bodies or the full moon.
When he became friends with James, Sirius and Peter, their bodies too joined the bloodied mess which his boggart took shape of.
When Lily worked out his secret in third year, her dead body was added to the list of boggart transformations.
It was not until after James and Lily's death, Sirius's imprisonment and Peter's supposed fake death, that his boggart turned to take the shape of a full moon.
Because he knew he would have to deal with his painful transformations alone.
It was then the full moon became his worst fear.
