Despite being a School Prefect, Remus was known for walking like a blind man. He was the clumsiest of the Marauders at times because his mind would usually be clustered by such a lot of stuff that he would really not pay attention to any other thing happening around.
Due to this, not only did he bump a lot into things but also was quite terrible at giving directions. So much so that it wasn't unusual for Remus to get lost in the school just because he was worrying about the next assignment and accidentally didn't notice the stairs changing course.
