Harry's first word was Moony.
At first everyone mistook it as Mummy but it was Sirius who realized that he was saying Moony not Mummy.
And it's safe to say that Sirius wasn't expecting that.

Sirius: "Hey, Prongs, your little one has changed sides on me now."
Lily: "Oh come on, Sirius, it's just a word."
Sirius: "He ought to have said Padfoot first. I'm his Godfather after all. Listen here Prongslet, I won't take you out on my bike if you don't try and say my name as well."
James: "Don't you think you're being a bit too childish?"
Sirius: "Why did he have to say Moony first then? Moony doesn't even like kids! It's me who's always doing all the babysitting."
Remus (after a considerable pause): "When was the last time you babysat him?"
Peter: "A week ago because I have been doing it for him ever since Harry puked on his jacket."
Sirius (frowning): "Alright, alright. Let's hand him over to his Uncle Moony then who he soooo adores."
