Remus's Patronus took the form of a large grey wolf. But he used to disguise the form by creating non-corporeal Patronuses since he thought that a wolf Patronus could give away his state of being a werewolf.
Out of the Marauders, he was the first one to create a fully formed corporeal Patronus.
